I bought * tickets and the driver from schedule GLI **** at **:**am **Aug **** refused to recognized them was very rude targeting me even pulling me off the bus and threatening to leave me there stranded for trying to prove my ticket I I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated after being a loyal customer and spending * *** on this trip alone. Driver kept screaming and scolding at us as if we were children. Its frustrating enough the trip now worse with a mad rude driver as I type this massage I could here him screaming at more people telling people there stupid and dont understand. This is supposed to be a professional place , this is unacceptable! I asked for his name repeatedly and he refused to give it and before I could speak to a supervisor he left didn't even announce his name on our way out terriable terriable terriable!!!!!
