I was given a voucher for $** to use on a ticket, but was told I had to call to buy ticket and use the voucher. I did so. The customer service rep told me to bring my ID and reference number to the ticket counter to get my ticket. I get to the ticket counter and was told that it was a print at home ticket. There was no attachment or link to said ticket. I missed my bus and I need a new one. My name is Priscilla Bruton and my reference number is ********. This was NOT my mistakes It was customer service’s mistake. I’ve been on hold for ** minutes now after being transferred to customer service, even though that’s the number I called.
