Why do I have to wait a week before I get a claim form. A rep from lost baggage told me they have to put a tracer out before I get to fill one out. If the bag wasnt there when I went to get it is it going to appear out of nowhere? I had mementoes in that bag and several new items. Is it customary for a bag clerk to not check the numbers on there tickets. Very rude customer service rep, also bus driver
