I traveled on Greyhound from Kansas City on August **th to Pittsburg PA. I checked two bags in. When I arrived in Pittsburgh on the **th, one of my bags was missing. I asked where I should go, when I went to ask what I was suppose to do to find them, she told me that the bag would probably be at my final destination Morgantown WV it was not there . I did not fill any paper to claim. The customer service rep., was rude the bus driver was rude also. The bus stopped in St. Louis we had the layover but waitebecause Lid longer than we should because there was no driver. My bag had new clothes, * pair of new sketchers and many other things that were new. I want to file this complaint., because I was not told asked to fill out a report. I would like for Grethound to investigate this, I saw the bag being loaded in KC. I . I paid to check iti . in * bags. My friend saw it being loaded also. My claim ticket number is ******** I would like this matter investigated, if I do not hear anything within ** hours, I demand a check for $***.** the value of the contents.
