I was traveling from Columbus to Louisville. My first trip was * hours late. Which I can understand things happen. When I got off the bus and looked at the departure screens it said my bus was * hours late . So I confirmed with the guy behind the desk and he agreed. Then after waiting ** min I looked at the departure screen and the bus was I longer there. I asked where it went and they said it just left . Suddenly a driver appeared and they left. This is ridiculous. I checked with every information on the bus departure and none helped get me in my bus .
GetHuman-mimeph did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
