My mother purchased me a ticket for August **, **** she purchased a eticket unknowingly which was **$ she lives in Memphis ten , I live in Clarksville,tn . I came to the greyhound bus station at *:**pm my bus was to departure at *:**. I went up to the counter with my license and confirmation number and the employee said he looked it up and saw that she purchased a eticket so he couldn’t print it off . I contacted my mom and she couldn’t get back in her phone so we couldn’t get the ticket . I asked could I get an exchange or refund since I didn’t get on the bus he said no . So I missed out on money,time, and I never got on the bus . Please contact me so we can deal with this thank you
