I am just trying to locate lost luggage every time that I call the facility that the luggage could have possibly been sent to initially, I have been put on hold and I've had help in the evening shift on the *th of August by very kind woman. Other than that your stuff has been rude and unprofessional. I would call and whomever I got to answer would put you on hold before they even asked when I might need. Then when they did answer and I told them in a very quick Manner and kind manner that I am looking for Josh Wallace's luggage and they would put me on hold for ** and ** minutes I have all the calls saved. *I am not trying to make anyone's life more difficult I just want to know if I need to travel to Indianapolis. I live on a fixed income and I need to figure this out all of the child's clothes are in that luggage. *I appreciate anyone's time and effort, I want to give Greyhound a great review... But after the last * days of constant rudeness and unprofessionalism I am on the fence, working as a guide and reviewer for Google I have over ***, *** views and I know it will make an impact.
