Help with my Greyhound issue

The issue in GetHuman-oshiokha's own words
I paid for my ticket using my credit card but my credit card has my middle name on it and so I was charged as a gift ticked order and an extra $** was added to my bill, so is it possible for me to get my $** since I paid for myself.
Refunded my $** because I usually pay for all my trips myself.
I've been using greyhound since **** and my credit card recently just expired so I had to change it in the greyhound system and that is why the problem occurred in the first place.
