To whom it may concern,** My name is Natalie Schumack and I purchased two greyhound bus tickets under the names of Natalie Schumack and Cameron Dillon on August *th, ****. The bus was scheduled to depart at **:** am on August *th, **** from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Washington, DC. At the Philadelphia Greyhound line, upon arrival there was a ** minute delay. However, that quickly turned into a **-** minute delay due to a “shortage of equipment”. The staff was extremely rude in assisting with questions and concerns. Later, I was told after a * hour wait a full refund would be available. I did not get on a bus till **:**, * hours and ** minutes after my departure time and that is completely unacceptable. In fact, I was put on a bus that was not even the correct bus in order to get to Washington. The bus I was put on stops in Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, and Richmond, VA. The bus I was previously scheduled for had only one stop, Baltimore, MD and then it was scheduled to arrive at *:** pm in Washington, DC. Now I will arriving in Washington, DC nearly * hours after the scheduled arrival time. This was my first experience with greyhound lines and will surely be my last if I do not receive a full refund on both tickets.
