Reservation * ******** July * from Nashville to Fort lauderdale *- Nashville @ *:** PM * GREYHOUND LINES, INC. *GLI*****July ** *****To: Ft Lauderdale @ *:** PM GREYHOUND LINES, INC. *GLI*****the bus stopped at the station in Atlanta, Georgia at approximately **:** am on July **, **** in order to make a transfer to another bus of about an hour of waiting, which would take me to Fort Lauderdale , Florida that would arrive at this city at *:** p.m. on July **, ****. While in Atlanta, a greyhound associate named Shawn informed me that the bus had been delayed and would not leave until * o'clock the next morning and that I would arrive in Fort Lauderdale around **:** p.m., meaning that I was going to miss an important appointment that I had on the same day. However, at *:** in the morning I approached the same greyhound associate Shawn and other two associates who were at the customer service location, unfortunately they did not provide me any information regarding the next bus departure, and after ** minutes I was informed that the bus would not leave until *:** in the morning, that is, it had been delayed again. After having waited for about * hours inside the station, I told Shawn that I was going to leave from the station to take an emergency flight but before doing so I needed to leave a written record about what happened and he simply ignored me and he left. Considering this situation and due to my urgency to get to Fort Lauderdale, I had to take a taxi to the airport and buy a plane ticket to Fort Lauderdale in order to fulfill my commitment, causing me to have expenses that I should not have incurred, for that reason I request the refund of my ticket or its proportion from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale since due to its non-compliance It generated different damages.**Sincerely, **Daniela Urrego Ortiz
