If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

RSVP ******** case ****** my name is Robert Winston ticket buyer my son Willie Jones was to leave Muskegon Mi at *** pm on ******** I live in Atlanta Ga my son showed up to the term. at *pm he was told that there was a issue with the ticket, he missed his bus when I spoke to a agent I was told that the original agent who booked his ticket did not ask for an email so my son could print the ticket. I re booked the ticket for Monday, however I called greyhound back and told them my son didn't need the ticket seeing he was suppose to be in Atlanta Ga by that Saturday. the ticket price was ***.** Ive spoke to several customer supervisors that said the recorded tape conversation was no where to be found so I wont be getting a refund.....so the taped phone conversation proving that it was the original agents fault has just been deleted...kind of remind me of Hillary Clinton …..it never happened huh*I want the recording found listen to and proven that I am owed a full refund.
