Help with my Greyhound issue
My fiance traveled down from omaha to Mississppi. She bought a ticket. Over spelt in Kansas city. So we bought a new ticket not a big deal. They took her bag. And we haven't seen the bag yet. It's been ** somethong days and you haven't found the bag yet. We put a claim im and now we gotta re-do a claim they told her. This Bull**** how do.you lose a bag that you were suppose.to take care. The biggest issue is she was moving down to Mississippi so she put her dead dads ashes in that bag. Than you guys lose that bag. You can't replace someone's ashes. So we are ****ed as we should be. You guys need to figure something out and find the bag. Otherwise we will have to starting the process of taking it to court.
I trust that Greyhound will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
