yes i rode your bus the first time going to my destination my luggage was lost and still has not been found ive called and called and when my luggage came up missing the baggage claim oerson was really rude and just brushed me off then as i was leaving my destination the bus driver was not on time for his job i was suppose to be on the bus for about a day and a half and i ended up on the bus for two days and when i reached my last stop on the second day as i was trying to figure out what was going on the people you have working for greyhound were rude n disrespectful yall only had one person working the ticket booth and it was very unprofessional and i would like to speak to someone about a refund on my ticket because that was the worst experience ive ever had
