I booked a trip to New York from Greensboro, NC *:** pm departure May **,**** with an arrival time of *:** am New York, didn't arrive until *:** am May **,****. First layover *:** (Raleigh N,C) that extended until *:** pm. Richmond Va. arrived at **:** pm departed *:** am for second leg trip of to NYC.*I was scheduled to meet with my Attorney at *:** am on May **, **** for deposition in the borough of Queens. These unnecessary and unplanned delays significantly altered my scheduled plans per my booking plans via Greyhound Bus line. Customer Service representatives (Richmond Va.) did a poor job of vacillating answers to questions about the delays and expectations of new departure time.*It is my plans to return to Greensboro, NC on May **, ****, what I would like greyhound to do is comp my return trip to Greensboro N.C. otherwise I would be forced to use another transportation company. Overall I'm totally exhausted and fatigued and demonstrated poor mental acuity and sharpness during my deposition proceedings with five Attorneys.
