I purchased celery from Walmart in Poteau, Oklahoma, brought it home, and began preparing it for dressing. After taking a bite, the taste was terrible, almost like poison. I was shocked to find it was made in Mexico. My son also tried it, and we both had to spit it out. I hope there isn't anything seriously wrong with it. Another lady had a similar experience. It ruined our Christmas day plans for celery in our dressing. I really hope it won't cause any harm. This should not be sold again.

I contacted customer service on Monday regarding canned yellow corn I used in a large pot of soup that developed yellow slime. After sending photos and seeking advice on whether the soup was safe to eat, I was advised to discard it due to the unknown substance. Unfortunately, the conversation lacked courtesy, leaving me dissatisfied with Green Giant products. I hoped for clarification if the slime was a normal byproduct or unsafe, especially since the soup contained expensive ingredients. Despite mentioning my ruined soup, the response was disrespectful. I had already added 5 lbs of beef and various vegetables before the corn, making the situation frustrating. I was disappointed by the lack of helpful information and accuracy during the call; better customer service would have been appreciated. I have proceeded with an insurance claim for reimbursement, but I am unsure about the upcoming customer service experience based on my initial interaction.

I bought four 198g tins of sweetcorn online from my local Sainsbury's store in March and April during the lockdown. Shortly after, I received an email about a recall and was advised to dispose of the product. Sainsbury's provided me with four vouchers totaling £6. Unfortunately, every time I tried to buy the product, it was out of stock, rendering the vouchers useless. They expired on 15/11. Could you please issue a refund? This situation is due to the product recall and lack of availability since then. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

I recently contacted your company within the last two weeks regarding the new pouch for your Simply Steam creamed spinach. I spoke with a woman named Kanisha (sp?) about the issue, but unfortunately, she did not seem to understand my feedback. I found her customer service skills to be lacking. Despite this, I was still happy to find that the taste of the spinach was as delicious as I remembered.

Is there a way to steam cauliflower with cheese in a different container? Steamed vegetables, especially with cheese, are difficult to remove from the packaging after microwaving as they tend to stick to the plastic. My mother enjoys having cauliflower and cheese multiple times a day, but it's risky to remove from the packaging. Additionally, the cost of $1.98 per box is steep on a fixed income. It would be helpful to have larger bags available. This dish has been a favorite and has been beneficial for my mother's health for the past three years. I recently purchased the Green Giant Creamed Spinach sauce in the 8 oz Frozen package. The packaging design needs improvement as it was extremely difficult to open, requiring the use of scissors and causing a mess. I was disappointed with the consistency and flavor of the product. Despite being a loyal customer who used to buy this frequently, I will not be purchasing it again due to the frustrating experience. It feels like a waste of money.

I recently bought 2 bags of Green Giant white potatoes, and although they looked fine on the outside, once I started peeling them, I discovered multiple black spots. After removing all the affected areas, I was left with only half of the potato. This issue affected about 80% of the potatoes in both bags. I am very disappointed with this consistent problem in the quality. Every bag I've purchased in the past few months has had the same issue. I would appreciate it if I could receive 4 replacement bags to restore my satisfaction. I have been a loyal Green Giant customer, but this recurring problem is making me consider switching brands.
