I bought Green Giant sugar snap peas steamers in * oz package. The directions said to microwave with printed side up. However, neither side had printing. I had to guess. Apparently I guess wrong, because package blew up in my oven. You need to fix this basic problem with your directions. Please refund my purchase price of $*.**

GetHuman4020963 did not yet indicate what Green Giant should do to make this right.

How GetHuman4020963 fixed the problem
I contacted them at the email form on the Green Giant website. They reimbursed me for the cost of the product. But there was no indication that they would fix the directions for all packages.
