I received a greendot card last year and had my social security disability paycheck directly deposited onto the account but my abusive ex boyfriend took off with my card information.. In October I called customer service and tried to get a new card and the old one cancelled but it turns out that my ex boyfriend changed the mailing address on the greendot account.. I was unable to give the correct address to verify who i was so the lady I was talking to closed my account completely.... The social security disability administration requires me to verify the account and routing number in order for them to stop my check from being directly deposited to the account..... I need my old greendot account and routing number to give to the texas disability office so they can remove the check and stop it from being directly deposited into the greendot account!!!! I need to know how to fix this problem please and thank you!!!!
