After having my card replaced and sent to my previous address, I encountered issues with the individuals I rented from. Due to safety concerns, I had to leave abruptly after paying rent and purchasing groceries for the house. I am currently staying in a motel as my car broke down. I urgently need access to my funds sooner than the expected few weeks. Is it possible to expedite the delivery of a new card through express shipping? Alternatively, is there a temporary card option available for immediate use while I resolve the situation? 8 days ago, I attempted to request an Uber around midnight using the app, and it estimated the ride at about $10. However, due to a driver shortage, I had to wait for a driver to finish another job. After about 25 minutes of waiting, the driver dropped off their previous rider and then canceled my ride. To add to my frustration, Uber placed a temporary hold of $19.65 on my card, which far exceeded the actual ride cost. Despite being told it was standard practice, the hold was not lifted even after 8 days. I reached out to Uber but received no response, and there is no customer service number available for me to call. The lack of assistance from Uber representatives and the unresolved hold on my funds after a canceled ride is unacceptable.

On January 29th, I attempted to withdraw money from the ATM but was informed about an incorrect pin number. Upon checking online, I discovered a concerning message indicating a $[redacted].00 transaction for groceries to a woman, depleting my retirement funds. It's perplexing that the system allowed this unauthorized transaction for groceries, especially considering the ATM withdrawal limit is $[redacted]. I demanded information regarding the recipient of the funds, but the bank refused to provide it initially. Eventually, they agreed to return the money, although there seems to be uncertainty about their decision now. Feeling frustrated by this ordeal, I am considering seeking help from the FBI for internet fraud to recover my funds. This entire situation is unacceptable, and I remain determined to resolve it.

I have been attempting to access the app all week, but I have been unsuccessful. Despite multiple calls, I have not received any assistance. I encountered a situation where an individual provided me with incorrect information about my pin, which was distressing. I have been a loyal user of GreenDot for many years and have never experienced such difficulties or dishonesty before. I can confirm the frequency of my recent calls and instances of failed ATM transactions due to not knowing my pin. I had my tax return deposited into my Green Dot account. The IRS confirmed it was sent on the 30th, and my bank had not received it on the 31st. Customer service said it might be returned due to a personal information mismatch, but after verifying my account details, it seemed correct. Upon contacting the IRS again, they mentioned the refund is still at the bank, not returned. I urgently need this money for bills and cannot afford to wait 5-6 weeks for the refund process. I chose this bank for its quick access to funds. Please assist me in accessing my money promptly.

I need assistance transferring money from my closed Green Dot card to an activated one. Due to the cancellation of my card before I could access the funds, I am unable to purchase food for my children, which is our current need. I have been trying to contact customer service since yesterday regarding my card ending in [redacted]. I explained that I don't have access to the email associated with the account as my ex-wife changed the password and I no longer have access to that phone number. I am simply trying to update my information, change my pin, and password to secure my account from my ex-wife. However, the customer service representatives have been unhelpful and rude, including a recent call where I provided all my personal information but didn't see any progress. I just need assistance to access my account and update my details.

I requested a replacement card three weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive by March 26. However, it has not shown up. Despite reaching out through chats, I keep getting the same response that nobody knows where the card is. They keep asking if I want a new replacement card, but I have declined. It seems like there was a mistake in the system as someone entered that I wanted a replacement card on the 3rd of this month. I did not request this. Now, after waiting another week, it will be nearly a month without my card. I have bills to pay, and my money is frozen, leaving me unable to access it. I need this issue resolved promptly.

In December, I was expecting a refund of $[redacted] from Embassy Suites. During my stay, my car was stolen, so I reported my card as stolen. I never received the refund or any communication about it. I believe the money was refunded, but it might have been lost due to my card being reported stolen. I have contacted the hotel over 10 times regarding this issue, but they claim they deposited the money into my old Green Dot account. Since I changed my account, the refund seems to be stuck somewhere. This situation has been very inconvenient, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication from Green Dot. I received my first stimulus payment on my Green Dot card, but later closed the account. Hello, my name is Dan Tonio Wilson, and I am the representative payee for my fiancée who receives SSI benefits. The Social Security Administration has been accepting the direct deposits for her benefits without any issue. However, today they rejected her stimulus check, even though the information is the same as her monthly benefits. I had informed them days ago about this deposit, but they still made us wait for a check in the mail, causing frustration. I am having trouble transferring money from my MoneyPak card to an eligible prepaid card due to login issues. The website keeps providing different error messages when I enter my information. I would like to close out all accounts associated with this and start fresh. I am frustrated because I have funds on the MoneyPak card that I cannot transfer. I have not received any password reset links, and whenever I input my details, it shows too many failed attempts and locks me out. If this matter is unresolved, I will have to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau.

I was issued a replacement card last Wednesday, and I was informed that I would receive it by this past Wednesday. When I called about my card two days ago, they asked me to wait another two days due to covid. However, I still haven't received it, and I urgently need access to my funds today. I am dealing with a frustrating situation where someone obtained a Green Dot card in my name and used it for their benefit, including receiving stimulus funds on it. I have been trying for over a year to get Green Dot to close the card and all accounts associated with my name. The process has been a nightmare with them giving me the run around. I opened a Green Dot account with a card that had no chip. They later sent me a new card with a chip, and everything was going well until they requested to verify my identity. I sent clear pictures, but they had trouble verifying me. This caused my money to be on hold, and I couldn't use my card. After three weeks of trying to resolve this, they unlocked my card but then closed my account. I had to spend all the money on the card before they closed it. A few days later, my stimulus was meant to arrive, but now I'm unsure if they sent it back or where it is. I was forced to open a new account, but I still need to locate my stimulus payment.

I am currently experiencing homelessness, and I encountered an issue with my taxes being deposited into my new Green Dot account. I do not have my physical driver's license at the moment due to delays caused by the pandemic. I provided various documents to Green Dot evidencing my identity, including a photo ID, DMV confirmation, IRS tax forms, employer details, passport, and a recent photo of myself. Despite this, they closed my account and informed me that I will not be able to recover my funds. I have reached out to the Governor of California and I am seeking assistance from the authorities in Nevada. My only request is to access my tax refund as it is crucial for me in this difficult situation. I feel frustrated as I believe I am not receiving the support I need from Green Dot, who have not been transparent with me and have been unhelpful.
