Following their advice, I updated my address. However, it has been well over 10 days now and I have not received any updates. Unable to contact customer support or access my account online due to the canceled card, I am frustrated. I request my funds be loaded onto a new card and mailed to me at [redacted] Chinquepin Way, Sac, CA, [redacted]. This delay has been excessive, and I urge prompt attention. I recently purchased a MoneyPak card and loaded $[redacted] onto it to transfer to my PayPal account. However, when I tried to add the funds, the transaction kept failing. I then requested a refund and provided my Green Dot card details for the transfer. MoneyPak advised me to seek assistance from the merchant, but the merchant claimed they were not responsible once the card left the store and directed me back to Green Dot. I have reached out to Green Dot, and they instructed me to contact the number on the back of my Green Dot card. I have all the necessary documentation such as my Green Dot card, MoneyPak, receipts, and transaction papers. I am seeking help to resolve this issue and access my funds.

Last month, on the 15th, I lost my card and reported it immediately. Recently, I found the misplaced card under my car. Green Dot sent me a replacement card via FedEx. Unfortunately, I've been unable to activate it. Despite not using the card since receiving it three weeks ago, my money hasn't been accessible. I had a stroke in May [redacted] and recently recovered my wallet, but my card is missing. I've contacted multiple representatives and sent my driver's license by email twice (Cases SF[redacted]7 - 1/13/21 & SF[redacted]7). Every time I call, I face long hold times and eventually get disconnected. I'm staying at my mother's house and using her contact information as I've repeatedly provided to your representatives. I urgently need a new card issued so I can access my account. This ongoing problem is frustrating and I may have to reach out to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau if not resolved soon. Holding my funds like this is unacceptable.

I ordered a new card, but after 10 days, the app still showed it was being printed. When I called customer service to transfer funds, I was informed I couldn't access my money until I received the new card. I asked for a quicker way to activate it since I had been waiting a long time with no progress. The representative, Albert, offered to waive the replacement card fee but charged $15 to expedite the shipping. After paying on 02/04/[redacted], I received the card on 02/06/[redacted]. However, I encountered issues activating it and it wouldn't work. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with the company, and I just want my card activated immediately. I am extremely disappointed with Green Dot's customer service experience. My stepmother and I have been attempting to reach them for several days, only to face delays and disconnections. I deposited $[redacted].00 into my account, only to realize that the email address linked to my account was incorrect when someone stole $[redacted].00 from it. The money was sent to [redacted], and before I could cancel the transaction, it went through. I have since changed my password, removed the unauthorized email, and updated it with my own. However, I am unsure about the transaction fees that were deducted by Green Dot. I am frustrated as I have been trying to contact customer service but have been hung up on five times. Each time, I was on hold for 30 minutes or more. I need this matter resolved quickly, and the customer service needs to be more responsive and call back if a call gets disconnected.

I've been attempting to contact the fraud department at Green Dot for over five hours now. I managed to speak with two representatives, provided my phone number, and then the calls were disconnected or I was hung up on. No one attempted to call me back to address my issue. I need to address this promptly, and once it's resolved, I won't be using Green Dot again due to the poor customer service experience I've had with their representatives not fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

It would be helpful if there were 24/7 access to a fraud department hotline for reporting any suspicious activity on accounts. Currently, I can only communicate my concerns via email as the app and online account options are not functioning for these issues, prompting a message to contact customer service. Despite trying to email and call, I have not received any response yet. It would be beneficial if they refunded the money, offered compensation for the time wasted, and improved their customer support responsiveness by implementing features like call-back services.

I noticed unauthorized activity on my Green Dot account. To enhance security, Green Dot requested a verification code, but the information was changed to a different phone number and email address without my knowledge. When I checked my balance, I discovered that only 74 cents remained. The $[redacted] I recently deposited has been spent by someone else, leaving my funds depleted. I haven't received my card yet, and it's causing issues accessing my funds. I shouldn't be penalized for someone stealing my card and committing fraud. I need help transferring money from my current card to either my GoBank card or my other Green Dot card. Accessing my funds shouldn't be this difficult. If necessary, I can close the account. I've been waiting for the card for three weeks now, and it still hasn't arrived. There should be a solution to this.

My name is Tom Hubert. I had part of my tax refund deposited onto a new Turbo card that I have not received yet. The card was supposed to be delivered to my correct address on 1/27, but it is not there. I still have my old Turbo card from last year's tax refund, which is still active. Since it's simply transferring funds from one of my Green Dot accounts to my other Green Dot account, could the funds be transferred to my old card instead of waiting for a new one? I noticed online that money can be transferred using activated debit cards, but how can it be done using only the account and routing numbers without activating the new card? I urgently need this money to pay overdue bills. Can you assist me with this issue?

I have attempted to activate my card several times but it still won't work. I loaded $[redacted] onto it to make online purchases, but it declined the transaction. This morning, I tried to reactivate it, and after entering my first name, it said the card would be activated in 30 minutes. I really want to speak with a live person over the phone for assistance.
