I have been trying to get ahold of you guys for days now your automated system put me on hold for ** minutes and then hung up I do not have access to my account anymore I do not have the username or password or my card but my stimulus check was sent there and I can already hear from my balance on the automated system that $** was taken out which should not be I need a new card sent to me at my new address I need access to my online information and I need to make a claim on the money that is missing for my $*** stimulus check if there's anyone any way someone could call me at *** ***-**** to get this straightened out
