I recently received a card in the mail for unlimited cash back with a green theme sent to [redacted] Lyndale Ave. N. Once I had received and set up the card, I loaded money onto it. Unfortunately, someone managed to access the card, spending the funds at a hotel. Since then, I have not seen the card, and I cannot recall the password or account number due to the lengthy setup process. I am seeking guidance on how to recover my funds or obtain my card number. Green Dot has asked me to provide photos of my driver's license front and back, but despite numerous attempts over two weeks, the images keep getting rejected as unreadable. I have tried using different computers, but the problem persists. The delay is causing issues as I needed access to my funds during the holidays. I am considering discontinuing my direct deposit due to this ongoing problem. If I had known about these issues with customer service beforehand, I would not have opened an account with Green Dot. Good afternoon, I have been attempting to contact a live representative over the past three days regarding my Green Dot card. Every time someone answers the phone, they hang up, which has left me very frustrated. I need to inform them that I have found my card and need to remove the restriction, but it prompts me to speak to a representative. However, with the current situation of no one picking up the phone or abruptly hanging up, it's challenging to get assistance. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me promptly. I'm having trouble accessing my account on the app as it keeps saying it's closed. I also need to report my missing card, which I use for my tax return and other funds; I believe there's no suspicious activity, just that it's misplaced. When I log in online, I can only see recent transactions, and when I called the Green Dot customer service number provided, the call ends abruptly. Please get in touch soon since I rely on my current Green Dot card.

I tried to purchase an Oculus Quest from Best Buy, but they canceled the order citing insufficient funds. I had enough money when I placed the order, which appeared to be successful. However, Best Buy claims they canceled it, yet the transaction is still pending on my card a week and a half later. I would appreciate it if the funds could be returned to my card promptly so I can purchase my daughter's gift.

I've made several attempts to contact Green Dot to speak with a representative. My most recent call lasted 50 minutes on hold, but I eventually gave up. My card is damaged and unusable, though there are funds on it. Unfortunately, my current Gmail is not linked correctly. I attempted to reset it and even created a new Gmail without success. I am seeking a new card with the same account number and assistance in disconnecting it from my mom's Gmail account. This situation is frustrating and hindering my ability to access the funds on my card. I enjoy using Green Dot, but resolving this issue is essential for me to utilize my card effectively.

Hello, my name is Erik B. I am calling to inquire about two Green Dot cards I reported lost or stolen. I already spoke with a representative yesterday who said a new card was being mailed out to me, specifically the one used for the government-issued stimulus check as my previous one had the direct deposit set up. The representative verified my address and sent out the new card. I now wish to check the balance on this card, but I do not have the 16-digit card number, expiration date, or CVC number. Additionally, I am having trouble logging into my Green Dot account through the app because I forgot my password. I recently noticed some unfamiliar charges on my card. I was informed that my card will be deactivated, and a new one will be sent to me. However, I have relocated from [redacted] West 50th Street Norfolk [redacted] Apartment B to [redacted] Armstrong Avenue Suffolk Virginia [redacted]. I have already updated my address on my account. I hope this change will be noted to ensure the new card is mailed to the correct address. If the card is sent to my old address, we might encounter delays and complications that I would like to avoid.

The automated system allows me to input my social security number, but when I don't have my card number, it states I have two cards with green. I intended to have only one card. The issue arises when I attempt to enter the new card number after canceling the previous one. The system gives an error message. To reach a person, I am prompted to select one of the two cards by entering the last four digits of the card number. Unfortunately, I do not have this number since I lost the first card, which was subsequently canceled. As the second card is not yet activated, I believe this causes the error message. Despite trying various methods like pressing 0 or star to connect to a live agent, I have been unable to reach anyone through multiple phone numbers associated with green. I urgently need to resolve this matter and access the $[redacted] I have loaded onto the card.

I tried to activate and register my replacement card online, but it still doesn't work. I also used the app, but the card is not functioning. When I called, they said the card was activated, but I couldn't obtain my pin. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to access my money. Every receipt shows "LOST CARD." It was mentioned that I could use credit, but it's not working. I have bills to pay using my retirement funds and I cannot afford late fees. Please help me resolve this issue!

I bought a MoneyPak but couldn't load it to my GreenDot card. It kept saying I reached the limit of attempts. I contacted customer service three times for over an hour each time without any success. I would like the funds transferred to my card, as the MoneyPak is meant for their card and it was eligible before I tried to load it with $[redacted].

My Green Dot card had a restriction placed on it, preventing me from using it even after my deposit. My wife tried calling customer service, but she was put on hold or nobody answered. Please remove the restriction so my wife can access my funds and send me money while I'm incarcerated. It was frustrating for her to be kept on hold. I urgently need the block lifted, as I texted before risking my freedom to contact you. This will be my final attempt to resolve the issue; I trust my wife can handle it going forward. Kindly remove the block on the card so she can send me the money, especially the stimulus funds. Thank you.

I lost my card and need a replacement as soon as possible. I have 3 accounts with Green Dot, each with a different email address and phone number due to losing my phone. My priority is getting my most recent account details, including the account and routing numbers where my stimulus check was deposited in late July. I can confirm my current home address and provide my social security number and security question answer for verification purposes. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I misplaced my Green Dot card and have requested a replacement with the same account number and routing number. The card is crucial as I received my last stimulus check and direct deposits on it. My partner, who also uses Green Dot, received their deposit two days ago, but I am still waiting for mine. I wonder if the delay in me receiving my stimulus check is due to not having my new card yet.

I have multiple accounts with Green Dot. The card number for my current account ends in [redacted] and it's working fine. I am concerned about a previous account, for which I no longer have the card. It has been indicated that this is where my stimulus payment will be deposited. I would like to reactivate this account or obtain a new card. As far as I know, the account was never closed; I just misplaced the card presuming I wouldn't need it again after getting a new Green Dot card and account. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm having trouble accessing my Walmart Money account as it's asking me to verify my identity through an old phone number and email that I no longer have access to. I have been attempting to contact support for days but have not been successful. It's urgent that I update my information as my stimulus check is due to be deposited into my card. My card was stolen, and when I call the customer service number, it says it will connect me to a service representative. I've waited on the phone for up to an hour with no success. I bought another GreenDot card and would like my money transferred from my stolen card to the new one I purchased. I cannot log in to my GreenDot app because I don't have access to my old phone numbers or the email linked to my account.

I misplaced my Green Dot card and have already ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, my Social Security disability check is due for direct deposit. Despite trying to stop the deposit through Social Security, it was too late to make changes. When checking my account through your automated system, it indicated I have 2 cards, but I only possess one unless the second one is the replacement I'm expecting. I am worried my deposit might go to the wrong card. I attempted to reach out for assistance over the phone but was unable to speak with a representative. I also emailed your customer service team but have not received a reply. Now, I find myself unable to access my account as someone has tampered with my password, email, and phone number. The verification code needed to reset my password is going to the individual who has my lost card. Since I had to cancel my old card and order a new one, it is not being registered, leaving me in desperate need of immediate help. I urgently await your response. Thank you.
