I have tried many times to contact green dot to speak to z person. my latest call was ** min. On hold. I gave up. My card is broken & can't be used I have money on my card but my gmail don't match I tried resetting one, created a new gmail ALL OF THESE OPTIONS DID NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATE ME . I NEED A NEW CARD WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER .I NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE CLEAR OUT THIS INFO AND LET ME CREATE A WHOLE NEW GMAIL TO MY ACCOUNT. SOMEHOW MY CARD GOT CONNECTED TO MY MOM'S GMAIL OR SOMETHING PLEASE REMEDY THIS SITUATION . I LIKE GREEN DOT BUT THIS ISSUE IS PREVENTING ME FROM USING CARD AND TRANSFERRING ANY BAL.
