My card was stolen, and my account has been hacked. I am unsure about my account number. Someone took my card along with my PIN. I had ordered a replacement card a few months ago. I have a Green Dot account with over $[redacted] in it, but I lost my card. When I ordered a replacement card, it was returned to sender because I no longer live at that address. I also obtained a second Green Dot account when I purchased a card at Walmart, hoping to transfer the funds to my new temporary card, which did not work. I have lost access to both accounts and do not have a card or a way to retrieve my money.

My Green Dot card had $[redacted] loaded onto it when I received a text message asking if I made a $19.99 purchase, which I did not. Since then, my card has been locked, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to get through. It's now Christmas Eve, and I'm unable to access my Christmas funds. My spouse holds an account with Green Dot. His card was compromised due to fraudulent activity. We were assured a new card would arrive in 3 days, with his direct deposit being transferred to it. His payment typically comes in on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Contradictory information followed, claiming the deposit didn't reach the bank then that it was mistakenly sent to the old card, which has since been closed. Another replacement card is on the way, but we must wait 7-10 business days. We are left without funds and feeling frustrated with the situation. Urgent help is required, especially during the Christmas holiday.

My uncle in Kansas sent unemployment money to my account, intending for it to go to Cassie. However, when I tried to transfer the funds, it said I had to wait for my card to arrive on the 25th. When I checked on the 25th, my account was pending review, even though the money isn't mine but for Cassie's sister's hospital bills and holiday expenses. I urgently need my account unblocked as I'm unsure why it got blocked.

I have been attempting to send my picture, which I believe is of high quality. I have sent over fifteen photos, but you keep rejecting them, claiming they are blurry. I disagree as I had them reviewed by a professional who confirmed their clarity. In contrast, you insist they are not up to standard. This has left me feeling frustrated. I had intended to be a regular customer, but your lack of assistance has changed my mind. I want a resolution to this issue promptly. I am disappointed with the service, and unless I can speak with a real person to address my concerns, I will no longer consider using your services. I purchased four cards believing they were gift cards at my local Vons Market. I loaded $[redacted] on each card and gave them as Christmas gifts. It is now required to open accounts and provide personal information to use the cards, which is not ideal for gift recipients. I would like to return these cards and receive a refund promptly. I am frustrated with the lack of response from this company regarding my account issue. Every time I call, there is no answer or assistance provided. The customer service representatives are unprofessional and even hung up on me without addressing my concerns. This behavior is unacceptable, and it has happened multiple times. I expect better service as a customer. Despite any disagreements, professionalism should be maintained when dealing with customers. It's disappointing that they can disregard calls and act as they please. I am considering escalating this matter because I am not satisfied. Communication should be essential, even for a large corporation like this.

Hello, I have been using Green Dot for several months now. My father also uses it and has sent me money from his Green Dot card to mine. However, since November, I have not been receiving the email notifications for the transfers. Most recently, on December 23, he tried to send me money with the correct card number and email, but I did not receive the notification. I also transferred $[redacted] from my state-issued card to my Green Dot account using the online routing numbers, but the funds did not show up. I suspect my ex-husband may have accessed my account recently. I have tried emailing with no response. I need help resolving these issues, verifying all cards and accounts associated with my personal information, and possibly closing my accounts for safety reasons.

I have not yet received my card, and it has been three weeks since it was sent. Despite numerous calls and chat conversations with customer service where I was repeatedly assured of receiving the card by specific dates, I am still waiting. I urgently need access to my money to pay a bill, but the delay in receiving the card is causing significant inconvenience. I am frustrated that I am unable to transfer my funds or even cancel my account to request a check. Every time I attempted to cancel the account, I was told the card would arrive the next day. The requirement of having the card to manage my funds seems excessive. I am considering taking legal action to resolve this issue. I am unable to reach anyone by phone and can only communicate through chat, receiving unsatisfactory responses. I am exasperated by the repeated delays and false assurances regarding my card. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this matter.

I got a text on December 21st about an issue with my account. I can't access my account online, can't reach anyone by phone, and the automated system claims I have 42 cents in my account, preventing me from logging in. I've been on hold for an hour but keep getting disconnected. Please, I really need assistance with this!

I recently issued a refund through PayPal for $[redacted].05 to Jessica Solomon. However, it seems to have gone to the wrong person with the same name. PayPal instructed me to have my bank contact them to request the refund as they are holding the funds until then. I am pleased to share about a free service that assists Green Dot in managing its actions. Since direct communication seems unavailable and only recordings are possible, I tried to reach out to inform them to deactivate my card ending in [redacted]. I have funds on the card but can't use them due to an ongoing issue with the forty dollars sent to me not being available. It's frustrating. I appreciate any help.
