I canceled all debit cards and accounts months ago. Surprisingly, I received an email about a statement for an account I don't have open with you. The person I spoke with did not do their job properly. I told them I lost all my cards and closed all accounts, requesting no cards to be sent. I am confused and concerned about this situation. I plan to discuss this further with my attorney during our lunch today.

I have been attempting to cancel my Green Dot account for the past five months through email, but I have not received any responses. Consequently, I have been incurring fees, leading to a negative account balance. I am requesting the reimbursement of the funds that have been in my account for the past five months. I have been attempting to seek assistance for over a week now. I received a congratulatory card on Sunday, December 13th, and was unexpectedly charged a monthly fee of $7.95. Despite having the card for just a short time, I encountered issues while attempting to register it and was charged erroneously. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to customer service via phone calls, emails, and live chat, I have been given the same instruction to sign in online. However, the application does not allow me to log in. Although I have successfully activated the card online, I am unable to access the mobile app as it keeps prompting me to activate the card online, which has already been done. Each representative I have spoken to has provided me with the same feedback and I find myself going in circles with no resolution in sight. I am genuinely unsatisfied and urgently require assistance. On December 11th, I received a notification from GoFundMe that my family had received a donation to help single mothers struggling because of the pandemic to pay bills and get through the holidays. To be able to withdraw the money, as I did not have a bank account, I was advised to choose a prepaid account. After considering several options, I signed up with Green Dot. GoFundMe deposited the money into my Green Dot account, and I was supposed to receive a temporary card in 5-7 business days. However, despite reaching out to customer service, my temporary card did not arrive. They informed me that my personalized card would arrive by December 25th. I expressed my urgent need for the funds to buy Christmas gifts for my children. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly. I am deeply distressed by the situation as I am unable to access the funds to provide a Christmas for my children. I demand immediate access to my funds and intend to escalate the issue if not resolved promptly.

Almost a year ago, I filed a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge on my GreenDot account. Despite not receiving a response, my card has been blocked. When attempting to have my account reinstated, the automated system is unable to locate my card number, preventing me from speaking with a representative for assistance. The urgency arises from needing access to my card, as it is where my stimulus check is anticipated to be deposited.

My Green Dot account has been blocked for nearly a year after I reported an unauthorized charge. Although I resolved the issue and stopped further unauthorized charges, my card remains blocked. I am unable to speak with customer service as the automated system cannot locate my card number due to the block. I urgently require the account to be reinstated or unblocked so I can access my funds and receive pending deposits.

Case No: [redacted]4 I recently had my Green Dot card, #4[redacted] 6[redacted], frozen due to concerns of loss or theft. When the freeze occurred, there was approximately $46 remaining on the card. After finding the card and confirming that it was not used, the $46 should still be available. I have been attempting to retrieve these funds for several months without success. It is crucial for me to access this money.

My GreenDot card ending in [redacted] was recently frozen due to concerns of being lost or stolen. At the time it was frozen, there was a balance of $46 remaining. The card has been found, and GreenDot confirmed no unauthorized transactions. The $46 is still available on the card, and I am seeking assistance in accessing that money. Thank you.

My aunt has a Green Dot account, but due to her poor eyesight, she couldn't upload her ID for verification. She asked me to help her by using her email login, and she sent me multiple pictures of her driver's license. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to upload the images, they keep getting rejected for not being clear enough. She depends on this account for her unemployment benefits, and now she's unable to log in. I've contacted customer service for help, but we still haven't resolved the issue. I am Carey G. I successfully uploaded a photo of my ID, but shortly after receiving money into my account, I was blocked out of it. I have used this card before to load up in-store. The system is now indicating I have more than one card, but I only ordered one. Unexpectedly, two Unlimited Green Dot cards were sent to me, which I did not request. I believe this may have been a computer error. I urgently need my card unblocked as it is crucial for my children's Christmas and next month's rent. Time is of the essence as I am at risk of homelessness with my child. Please assist me promptly.

I purchased Green Dot Visa Debit cards as Christmas gifts. I loaded $30.00 on a card for my grandson, but his mother is having trouble activating it. Activating the card requires a social security number, which makes us uncomfortable. Is it possible to activate the card without providing a social security number? This experience has been frustrating, especially trying to reach a live person via phone after spending 2 hours calling different numbers.

I purchased a Visa card at a Rite Aid because I had an accident and needed a tow truck to pick up my car. They required an online payment, so I bought the card and made the payment. However, the tow truck never arrived, so we canceled the service. We are now unsure how to access the money on the card and would like to cash it out, but are having difficulty. Can you assist us?

Earlier this year, I decided to make my first online purchase due to the pandemic, selecting 2 lawn care tools from a Chinese website. Unfortunately, the $[redacted] transaction was a scam. I keep getting texts about my Green Dot card ending in [redacted] being locked and unlocked. I don't own that card unless it was fraudulently opened using my info. My father purchased a MoneyPak card worth $[redacted] for me, but accidentally scratched off the first three numbers on the card. This mistake has made it impossible for me to redeem the card codes. I recently lost my card and ordered a new one. Yesterday, my paycheck was deposited into my Green Dot account. I attempted to use my Cash App card to access funds, but encountered issues adding it as a debit card for Green Dot banking. After my friend's card was connected, the website shut down my Green Dot account for 4 hours. I am currently unable to access my funds and facing difficulties with my car tires. I am unable to reach Green Dot by phone. I found out that Qalmrt has a debit card that will be accepted, so I am requesting the block be removed from my account. I am having trouble registering my new Unlimited Green Dot card as it shows "unable to verify identity." I also attempted to set up an account but faced the same issue. Despite setting up direct deposit with the provided account and routing number, I couldn't access my first deposit made today. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for six hours now.
