I loaded my GreenDot card with a MoneyPak I purchased, hoping to transfer the funds to my fiance's prepaid card. Unfortunately, we discovered that it's not compatible with his cards despite trying multiple options. We're now looking to have the money refunded to my account, but the system isn't allowing it. I terminated my AT&T account the first week of August. Despite suspending my account due to my reported lost or stolen phone, they failed to remove me from autopay. As a result, I was charged $44.45 on August 26th, September 26th, October 26th, and November 26th on my Green Dot checking account. I have contacted both AT&T and Green Dot regarding this issue. I have been a loyal customer of Green Dot and AT&T for many years. I understand mistakes can occur, but I kindly request AT&T to promptly refund the charges to my account. AT&T mentioned it would take three business days for the refund; however, it has been six days now. Your timely assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Clarence M.

I purchased a MoneyPak to load onto my Green Dot Visa, but I am unable to create a Green Dot account, and it seems like my money is inaccessible. I bought a $[redacted] MoneyPak from Dollar General and have emailed my proof of purchase three times to your support email, but I haven't received any response. I've also requested a refund for the MoneyPak that was never loaded, but I haven't received any feedback from your team.

I fell victim to a scam involving my Greendot card. The scammers attempted to register the card before me, making it impossible for me to do so. I possess the transaction number from when I bought the card, and now I'm looking to register it, allowing me to set a pin and transfer funds to another card. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service as the automated system fails to connect me with a representative.

I am having trouble accessing my account as my email has been hacked. I need to update my email to regain access. The email currently listed is [redacted], but I need it to be [redacted] Unfortunately, my phone, which is associated with the account, is turned off, so I cannot use it for verification. The current login is Barryrich060, and the password is Ilovemy3kids. How can I change my email without logging in?

I visited a Shell gas station in Stevensville, MI on Sunday, December 13, [redacted]. Initially, I attempted to pay at the pump, but then decided to go inside to make my purchase. Inside, I bought $11.58 of gas and used my Green Dot Card in credit mode. After checking my balance, I noticed a $76 charge in addition to the $11.58. I am aware of temporary authorizations on cards used at pumps, even though I didn't use mine at the pump. I expected the hold to be released once the transaction went through, but it has not been returned. I have spent over 2 hours in total on 3 separate calls trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the representatives I spoke to were not helpful. I am unsure why the hold was placed, and now the $76 is not even pending. I don't know what to do next, but I hope to have my money refunded soon.

I've been attempting to contact customer service regarding a transaction that was refunded to my card. However, every time I try to speak to a representative, I get routed to an automated system that disconnects the call or a representative who claims they are unable to assist before hanging up. This frustrating situation has occurred more than six times, and I have been trying to resolve it for three and a half hours now. The funds have been sent but are still pending on my card for 10 days, leaving me unable to access the money. My card number is 4[redacted] 3[redacted] with an expiration date of 04/28.

I received a direct deposit for the stimulus check into my Green Dot account. However, the government's website only provided the last four digits of my account, which were [redacted]. I contacted Green Dot, and they informed me that they had closed my account but had received the funds. They advised that if I provided verification of my identity, they would release the funds within a week. I followed their instructions but have not received the money. Additionally, I received a letter from the White House stating that my funds would be directly deposited into my account.

Even though I've used the same device to access my account multiple times, I keep receiving verification texts, which is frustrating. I submitted a dispute with Green Dot on November 30, [redacted], for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the funds were taken by unknown individuals. I spoke with a Green Dot representative the same day and filed a dispute, expecting provisional credit. It has been 18 days, and after waiting on hold for over an hour and a half today, I was told a different story. I am now informed that no new card will be issued, without prior email or phone notification, but to expect a mailed letter instead. Despite my inquiries, I was not given details by the representative, and even asking to speak with a supervisor seemed challenging. Hello, I opened this account in late summer of [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost my card and have been unable to reach a representative to locate the account and close it. Statements have been sent to [redacted] The phone number linked to the account was [redacted] but has been updated to [redacted]. Despite providing my SS# and date of birth, the automated system cannot locate my account. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Today, I tried to withdraw $40 from an ATM, but the machine retained my card without dispensing any cash. Upon visiting the bank, I was informed by a banker that they do not handle issues with their ATM machines, so I needed to reach out to the card company to dispute the transaction. I require assistance from Greendot to access my account. I recently changed my phone number which is now preventing me from logging into my Gmail since I can't receive the verification code. Someone has used my card number to make unauthorized online purchases. I never share my card details, so I suspect someone is scamming by using other people's information to buy things for themselves. I noticed a deduction of $[redacted] from my account listed as DSTV/DSTV Africa, which seems to be from Florida, Hoofddorp 2132LS. I don't recognize this purchase. The most recent transactions were my dental insurance payment and an Amazon purchase.

Yesterday, I purchased a card from Walmart and loaded a specific amount of money onto it. I am aware that I need to activate the card before I can use it, so I attempted to do so but was unsuccessful. I used the WalmartMoneyCard.com website for the activation process, waited for approval, and found a message stating, "We are unable to validate your card. Please try again later," after a day. If I am unable to access my funds, it feels like I have been scammed. I am reaching out for assistance promptly.
