Hello, my name is Margie. I bought a Walmart gift Visa card about three weeks ago. The card isn't working even though it was activated at the store. When I attempt to enter the card number on Walmartgift.com to add a balance, it keeps indicating the card is invalid. I have visited Walmart three times, but they haven't been able to assist. I am struggling to get in touch with anyone from Green Dot for support. Is there a way for me to speak with someone who can help me resolve this issue?

I need assistance regarding my Walmart Vanilla Visa Card. Unfortunately, I have lost the card and do not have access to the 3-digit code at the back since I never took it out of the original packaging. The card was bought on 12/03/[redacted] for $[redacted]. I have the receipt as proof of purchase and would like to request a replacement card. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I was incarcerated from October 23 to November 24, [redacted]. My phone and my Green Dot card were locked up in the property at the jail. Upon my release, over $[redacted] was taken out of my current account. I have submitted the necessary paperwork, but they have still not resolved the issue. The hacker changed all my information, and now the bank won't even listen to my explanation. I have been unable to get them to understand that sending a refund check to the address on file will benefit the person who hacked me. The lack of assistance is frustrating, and I need someone to help with this situation.

I did not receive the Greendot card where my Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) check was deposited. Living in Kurtistown, Hawaii on the Big Island, we use PO Boxes as there are no rural routes for direct mail delivery. Therefore, I need assistance in transferring the funds from the missing Greendot card to another one, preferably to my checking account due to the inability to send cards to PO Boxes. PUA confirmed the last four digits of the missing card as [redacted], and it contains over $18,[redacted] that I urgently require. I am prepared to provide further information to verify my identity through email. This delay has caused significant inconvenience as I was unaware of the limitation regarding PO Boxes for Greendot cards. I am in need of assistance regarding my GreenDot accounts. I have two accounts, Account 'A' and Account 'B', with Account 'A' ending in ...[redacted] and Account 'B' ending in ...[redacted]. I mistakenly received my direct deposit on the wrong Green Dot card, one that I recently acquired and my employer is unaware of. I have been using the card ending in [redacted] for years. After a week, a representative finally located the error. I now have two paychecks in the locked account. I am puzzled as to how Green Dot directed my money to an unknown account. I am concerned about the time taken to resolve this issue and now, having found the missing funds, I am unsure how to retrieve them. I am in urgent need as my rent is now 9 days overdue and I am unable to pay. I have provided a copy of my driver's license as requested. I am having trouble activating my card. I have attempted to do so online and over the phone without success. When contacting customer service using the number on the back of my card, I receive a message stating they are experiencing technical difficulties. I've also downloaded the app and input my card details, only to be prompted to try again later. Despite reinstalling the app twice, I am still unable to activate my card. Even trying to activate it on greendot.com has proven unsuccessful. I am seeking assistance from a representative who can activate my card for me.

I've shared my account issue where my card got shut off due to a dispute. After getting a new green dot card and activating it to transfer funds, now I'm being told I can't. I had my paycheck deposited based on being able to transfer funds, and I would have expedited the new card if I knew earlier. I need to fix this urgently because they are saying they cannot locate my account.

I am unable to access my card online or use it. It keeps informing me that the issue is being diligently addressed. Despite contacting customer service five times, I haven't been able to utilize my card for a while. Unfortunately, I forgot the number linked to my account but believe I now remember it. I used TurboTax to calculate my income taxes. My Cash App account is closed, so I need to send a check to pay what I owe. Unfortunately, I had a dispute with my ex at the address where the check was sent, resulting in a police report. I am unable to retrieve the check and require it urgently as I have rent due on Friday and a young daughter. I am considering canceling the check and setting up direct deposit instead. However, when I try to contact customer service, I am told my date of birth is incorrect, even though I'm sure it's accurate. I suspect my ex might have tried to use my information, complicating the situation further.

I am having trouble activating my card that I purchased yesterday. I completed the process last night but received a system error message. Now, when I try to enter the card number, it says it's invalid online and when I call [redacted]. I already spoke to Holly at Fry's with reference number [redacted], and she confirmed everything was done correctly on their end. It's urgent for me to access these funds today. Thank you.

I am having trouble activating my card as I am unable to access my account due to an incorrect user ID and password. Even after reporting my original stolen card to your corporate office and speaking with a customer service rep, a purchase was still made. I encountered issues trying to access disputed funds. Despite being sent multiple cards, I only successfully activated one. I was assured the funds would be available in my account within 24 hours post-activation, but after 3 days, the money has not reflected. This delay has resulted in me losing my apartment and belongings as my rent was taken from the card. Despite Green Dot's promise to reimburse me, I have only received one unsuccessful attempt. I tried to speak with a supervisor after waiting on hold for 4 hours, but no one answered. Can someone assist me in resolving this ongoing problem that has persisted for over 2 months? Thank you.

As a customer, I have not yet received the Green Dot card. I provided all my information to Green Dot for my account, including my secure login details. When attempting to log in, an error message indicated that the information did not match their records. I believe I may have made an error. I kindly request to reset my secure login. Can you please send me an email with a link to reset my secure login? Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

Today, on 12/11/[redacted], I bought two Green Dot cards with $[redacted].00 loaded on each. However, when attempting to log in, the system indicates that my information is incorrect. Despite having the packaging and receipts, I am unable to access my account as it states it has been blocked. When trying to recover my username and password, I am provided with a name I do not recognize. It seems like my cards may have been compromised. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative through the [redacted] number for assistance. I fear that the $[redacted].00 I loaded onto these Green Dot cards may be lost.

I have informed Steve multiple times that I deposited 4 times directly into my account by October 23rd. Despite being told my account was secure during that conversation, I have yet to receive any funds back since. Where is my money? Why is Green Dot Bank holding funds from a permanently disabled individual like me? This treatment is unacceptable. I also know three others facing similar issues. Will anything be done to address this problem? I am adamant about not depositing any more money into this account.

I've been unable to use my card at all. While I've heard there are many great features with Green, my experience has been different. It seems my card is either frozen or restricted as I keep receiving an error message. I need to update my telephone number on file. Could you please assist with this update so I can access my account? How will I know when there's money in my account? Do I need to set up direct deposit for this to happen? Thank you for your help in clarifying how this works.
