The issue in GetHuman-jillmur's own words
I went to load cash on my card but the store did not know how to do that so my only other choice was to buy a greendot Moneypak card, which I did. However when I tried to transfer my money from the moneypak to my debit card I kept getting error codes. I have been unable to create a Moneypak profile, which is required. I contacted Moneypak and was told to go back to the store and just have them load the money directly to my card. That can't be done, I tried. Then I was told to request a refund which would take ** to ** days and it would be a check. I put all the money I had onto that Moneypak so I can't wait that long for a refund. I just need the money from the moneypak loaded to my card, I don't want a refund. Please try to understand from my point of view. I'm a single mom, unemployed, raising a ** yr old, and I just lost all the money I had.

GetHuman-jillmur did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
