The issue in GetHuman-heretosm's own words
I was logging into my Green Dot account when it pops up and says my login username or password was not on record. So I chose the option to change my password and did so. The new password was confirmed and I chose the option to login at that point. I entered the "new" password and it says that my password is incorrect. I do this multiple times and each time I change my password, it continues to say that it is not valid. This has been going on for a few weeks now.

GetHuman-heretosm did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
