I have a prepaid card through greendot I activated awhile back. My paycheck is direct deposited onto that card. That is currently where all my money is located. I need to somehow get that money turned into cash in order to get a money order and pay my rent for may ****. I have enough money on that card to do so. After finally getting an email response from greendot I was of the understanding that if I ordered a personalized card from them, when I activated it, my prepaid card would deactivate and my money from there would be automatically put onto the personalized debit and I'd be able to get cash out and pay rent. I received my personalized debit today and after activating it..my account balance is zero and my prepaid card is still holding all my money. I cant get ahold of greendot over the phone or email ive already tried. I need help asap rent is already late and I owe my roommate cash for utilities. Somebody help!!
