GreenDot is programmed in my phone a representative called me she said my card had been complemised and she had to re- activate it she said she was going to send me a code and to read it back to her to verify it was me she told me how much was in my account and how much was in my vault she knew exactly what only a Green Dot representative would know I asked her if I should change my pin she said uh yeah you can if you want to and she quickly hung up, I went on the app to check my account and It said that is not the information we have on file for you I called GreenDot it said I had ** cents in my account I then received an email saying the *,***.** I requested they send has been sent I replied I didn't request anything to be sent anywhere. I keep calling to talk to someone with no success I went online and it says my request cannot be processed at this time I am at my wit's end please help
