I have been waiting for my Green Dot card for over 10 business days now, to be exact if not 12. The website where I could check the status has been closed down, and I am struggling to access it. My card won't be here until May 7th, and I urgently need it to access my funds. I spoke with a representative who advised me to reach out if there were further issues, but it's been challenging to contact the support team. Given my current situation of being homeless, I am in desperate need of the card to be expedited or the funds to be released. I am unable to transfer the money without the physical card. I believe there should be a way for you to assist me promptly in resolving this matter.

I am requesting a refund of $60 from my Walmart MoneyCard due to the conditions associated with its use. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue with Walmart. I would like to know how I can unload the card and receive the $60 refund, as I do not possess a driver's license or a Social Security Number. The transaction in question is related to TC# 5[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted]. I am disheartened by the lack of refund availability stated on the receipt after loading $61 onto the card. The conditions imposed feel unjust and restrictive. I believe that customers should have the option to return the card unused and reverse the transaction if they do not agree with the terms. I urge Walmart to reconsider their refund policy and provide a fair resolution to this matter.

Hello, I need assistance with accessing my Green Dot account balance. Due to memory issues from a past accident, I struggle with remembering passwords. I recently received deposits from the IRS for my tax return and stimulus check. I have disputed two transactions, one for $[redacted] and one for $36, both were denied without reasons provided. I was instructed to write a letter to request the reasons for denial, which seems unreasonable as a customer. I have tried contacting them via email, phone calls, and their app with no success. Many others seem to have similar complaints according to Google. The $[redacted] I disputed is causing more issues as the company claims Greendot rejected the funds, though my bank statement shows otherwise. I am accruing fees and the company is demanding payment. I have tried providing evidence but once Greendot denies it, there seems to be no way to discuss it further. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially with $2k on my Greendot card. I feel betrayed and frustrated. Can anyone help me navigate this situation with Greendot?

His Green Dot cashback card ending in [redacted] was taken along with his phone, wallet, and cards by individuals with the same last name who are attempting to access his account. His account has no remaining funds, and I want to prevent unauthorized use. Please close his account and cards. I have his important documents and can verify his details. I signed up for my card over 16 days ago. When did you send it out to my address? The website mentioned it would take 5-7 business days. The delay is concerning as I need access to my money urgently to pay rent, bills, and essentials for my kids. It has been 13 days already, and the link to track the card is not working. I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive so I can continue providing for my family.

I recently received a call from a supposed GreenDot representative who claimed my card was compromised. They asked me to read back a verification code sent to my phone. The caller knew specific details about my account and vault balance. When I checked my account on the app later, the information did not match. After calling GreenDot, I discovered I only had 32 cents in my account. Additionally, an email confirmed a $1,[redacted].00 transfer that I did not authorize. Now, I am unable to reach anyone for help, and online services are not processing my requests. I am very concerned and seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I had a Green Dot card last year where my tax refund was deposited in an account with only the bank account number ([redacted]20) but lacking the card number and the three-digit code on the back. I received a new card a couple of weeks ago, which I registered. However, when I contacted the IRS on April 17th to provide them with the new account details, they mentioned that the deposit was made on April 15th. I have been trying to reach out to them via email about ten to fifteen times, but have not received any response. I have also made numerous phone calls to various numbers, but none have been answered. I possess all the information regarding the new card and believed the issue could be easily resolved but finding it challenging as my bills are not getting paid. I had hoped for a swift resolution, but unfortunately, it has not been the case.

I need information on how to access my old TurboTax card. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I accidentally threw away the card but now realize I need it. However, since it's from years ago, I can't remember the required details. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of my identity. It's frustrating to wait weeks for a solution. I have decided to discontinue my use of any Green Dot Bank products due to this issue. Despite being a loyal customer using TurboTax for years, I have not received assistance. I plan to delete my saved [redacted] and will not use TurboTax in the future. I have been patient but have now decided to stop my direct deposits and other services associated with Green Dot Bank. I hope for a prompt resolution and better customer service in the future.

Approximately six months ago, I closed my account due to being charged monthly fees despite not using the card, resulting in a balance of negative [redacted]. In addition to the monthly fee, there was an extra fee added too. Even though I hadn't used the card in over a year, it was frustrating. The account had received last year's tax refund and stimulus check via direct deposit. Now, with the account closed, I can't access it via the app. I've since acquired the unlimited Green Dot card and would like to transfer the balance from the old account to the new one. I decided to purchase another Green Dot card from a store and create a new account to transfer the needed money from my inaccessible account. I recently ordered a Green Dot prepaid debit card and have not yet received it. I spoke with a live agent on April 14th, the last time live agents were available. My banking account number is [redacted]. My Social Security direct deposit of $1,[redacted].00 and the $1,[redacted].00 stimulus money were supposed to be on this card. I had issues with a Walmartmoneycard.com where they owe me $[redacted].00, and unable to reach customer service, I switched to the Green Dot card. I provided my routing number and banking number to Social Security for the direct deposits, however, the card has not arrived. I mistakenly entered the wrong account number for my stimulus check. It was sent to an account I didn't have a card for. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I've been disconnected several times. I just wanted to transfer the funds to another account and had to pay $20 to expedite a card. I don't feel I should have to pay for this error on your end. Please refund the expedited card fee as I never had the original card to replace. I understand the current situation and your staffing issues, but ignoring customers is not the solution. Requesting a refund for the expedited card fee and replacement card charges would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - S.

I have a prepaid card with Green Dot that I activated some time ago. My paycheck is directly deposited onto the card, and that's where all my money is currently. I need to convert the funds into cash to get a money order and pay my rent for May [redacted]. I was advised by Green Dot that if I ordered a personalized card and activated it, my prepaid card would deactivate, and the money would transfer automatically to the new card. However, upon activating the personalized card, my account balance is showing zero, and my money is still on the prepaid card. I have been unable to reach Green Dot via phone or email. To whom it may concern, I am a Green Dot customer and I recently reported my Green Dot Unlimited Visa debit card as lost online. However, I've since found the card and realized it was a mistake to report it lost. My card has been cancelled and my account blocked and frozen. I urgently need to have my account unblocked and funds accessible via the same Green Dot Unlimited Visa debit card as before. I recently had my Stimulus check sent to my Greendot account, but unfortunately, my wallet was stolen. I've canceled the card and have one being mailed to a hotel as I am in the middle of moving. However, waiting two weeks for it is longer than I can afford. My Greendot mobile banking won't allow me to transfer the money without registering the new card, which I haven't received yet. I have accounts with Wells Fargo and would like to transfer some funds online or access some money urgently.
