I am having trouble logging into my card as the system is stating that the information provided is incorrect. I am unable to access the old phone number and email address linked to the account. I have multiple cards, including a rewards card and a debit Visa unlimited card with my name on it, but it is currently locked. I cannot unlock it through the app or website. I received my Green Dot unlimited card but encountered an issue while trying to activate it. I mistakenly transferred $[redacted] from my other Green Dot card, ending in [redacted], to the new card. I made a purchase on April 11, [redacted], and the transaction was cancelled by the company due to lack of product. However, there was a hold placed on my card for $15.34 immediately. It has now been 11 days, and the funds should be available to me, but they are still not accessible. I want the hold removed from my card promptly, as it has been going on for too long. Despite my attempts to contact Green Dot multiple times, I have not received any response. I understand the current situation worldwide, but it's no excuse for inadequate customer service. The hold on my money should have been released when the transaction was cancelled, regardless of the emails and calls I've made. I received a notification on my screen about a direct deposit from unemployment. I went to the store, but my card was declined. When I checked my account, the deposit wasn't showing. In early March, I filed my taxes through TurboTax, and my tax refund and stimulus check have been loaded onto my Turbo card account by Green Dot. Despite requesting multiple replacements, I have not received any of the cards, and I am unable to access the $2,[redacted].05 on the card. I have my routing number and bank account number but do not have the card number as it has never arrived in the mail. I urgently need to access my funds or cancel all my Turbo cards and receive a new one that will actually be delivered with my funds loaded on it. My name is Courtney R. and I encountered an issue regarding my tax return and stimulus payment. In [redacted], my tax return was meant to be deposited onto a green dot card, but it was offset due to back pay child support. Consequently, my stimulus payment was also directed to this account, which I never received because of the offset. Hello, I have previously used Greendot and wish to resume using it. Unfortunately, I am facing challenges accessing my account to request a new card. When I tried the automated phone system, it indicated my birthdate was incorrect. Despite trying other password variations, I was unsuccessful and have been locked out after three failed attempts. I have also attempted to contact support but have been unable to reach a person due to a discrepancy with my social birthday. I am experiencing difficulty registering my replacement card online or over the phone. I recently received a new card with a block on it, which I did not authorize. I have two Greendot cards, one for my taxes and the other for my stimulus, but the Nascar card with the block issue is now a gold Greendot card. Despite going through the registration process repeatedly, I am still unable to use the card. I urgently need this matter resolved because I intend to withdraw my funds and close both cards. I noticed a charge of $[redacted] deducted from my account supposedly by International Intelligence Incorporation, ICS Forensic Computer Science Investigators. The FBI has labeled it as fraud while this company claims to be bonded, insured, and affiliated with the CIA and European nations. I've filed a case with the Federal Trade Commission and have a case number. Can someone trace where the money was transferred and alert the appropriate authorities? I can provide evidence of this ICS corporation if needed, already shared with the FBI and FTC. I have a history of cyber attacks for over 5 years from my previous bank, potentially the same culprits. Let's resolve this, especially since they're pretending to be an international intelligence agency. Maybe we need to involve international intelligence services. I am seeking information about any pending deposits in my account. I made arrangements for my fiancé's stimulus payment of $[redacted] to be deposited into my account after the IRS mistakenly sent it to a temporary H&R Block Emerald Card. I updated my direct deposit information on the IRS website on Saturday, April 25th, with my bank account details for him to receive the payment faster. Initially, after updating the information, it indicated the deposit would be made to the account number I provided. However, the current status shows as "payment status not available." I am wondering if the direct deposit was rejected because the payment was in his name and not mine, as he is not a registered account holder. I authorized him to use my account for this deposit and want to ensure GreenDot allows direct deposits in another person's name when they are not listed on the account. We aimed to avoid delays with a mailed check, especially with our baby expected in early June, hoping to have everything we need for her before her arrival.

I am currently facing a situation with my Green Dot accounts. I have $[redacted] on my first account with card ending in [redacted]. On April 16, [redacted], my wallet was stolen along with my Green Dot card that had my tax stimulus check deposited. About a month ago, I lost my card probably due to moving to another state. I reported the loss online along with a change of address. Approximately a week later, I received a message saying "your card is being printed. You should expect it by April 29." However, it is now April 29, and I haven't received the card or any further updates. My SSDI and stimulus check were deposited into a new account which I don't have access to.
