I accidentally left my card at my grandmother's house back east. Currently, I'm in California and unable to retrieve it. Unfortunately, I don't have the card details to log in online or through the app. I'm trying to transfer the funds to my bank account, but the automated system doesn't offer this option. I need to speak with a representative who can assist me in this matter. I can view my account balance without any problem, but I'm struggling to perform any transactions. I prefer not to report the card as lost because I don't want the new card sent to my grandmother's address. I'm looking for a solution to resolve this issue and need guidance on the appropriate steps to take.

I received confirmation from the IRS that my stimulus payment was deposited into my Green Dot TurboTax checking account card, utilizing the account and routing numbers provided, which match [redacted]%. However, I have not yet seen the funds reflected in my account. It is frustrating that live phone support is unavailable to address this issue promptly. I urge immediate attention to this matter as many others seem to be facing the same problem. This is not related to the current pandemic, and I expect resolution without delay for the many customers affected.

I encountered a problem with my stimulus funds being sent to the wrong Green Dot account, which was blocked. Trying to speak with a live representative took two days, and when I finally did, the individual was cold and unhelpful. I was required to send identification documents to prove my identity, only to find out the extension provided was no longer valid. This lack of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially during a time when I urgently need these funds for essentials like food and water due to the impact of the coronavirus on my job and living situation. I had set up my Federal refund, a small amount of $94.00, to go onto my Green Dot card for emergency funds. However, Green Dot later sent me a check instead of direct deposit, claiming an error with the account number. They deducted $30.00 for sending a check. I received a new secure card by mail but am unable to unlock it on the website as directed. They issued me a new account and routing number; this seems odd. My tax documents list the original account number ending in [redacted]. My stimulus payment also went to this account, which the IRS confirmed. I have legal paperwork and TurboTax testimony supporting the transfer to the account. I have reached out to the Federal Reserve and plan to involve my attorney. Can someone assist me in understanding and resolving this issue to avoid legal action?

All employees and their affiliates should possess the necessary knowledge and training provided by the company, which includes knowing the ins and outs of their job responsibilities. It is essential for them to address customer concerns promptly. Only Green Dot can resolve the glitches within their system. Customers provide feedback to help identify and fix these issues. As a longtime customer, I have a question for Green Dot and its knowledgeable staff. Can Green Dot transfer funds from an old card to a new one I recently received? The challenge I face is only having the last 4 digits of the old card registered on my Green Dot app. Without clear guidance on how to proceed, resolving this matter becomes difficult. Thank you.

I received my stimulus check in my Green Dot account, but I no longer have the card needed to access it. I'm unable to reset my password without the card number. I have multiple accounts with Green Dot and I've ordered a new card for one of them, but my money is in a different account. I'm looking to transfer the funds to the correct account.

I was informed by the IRS that my stimulus check was deposited into my Green Dot TurboTax checking account. They provided me with the account and routing numbers which match my card ***%. If I do not see progress soon, I plan to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and my local Governor's office. This situation is not solely due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, and I expect a resolution for the thousands of customers affected. I have filled out about 30 forms, and despite receiving emails asking if I've been helped, I'm still facing the same issue from 11 days ago. Green Bank has not responded to my emails or calls, and I keep getting stuck in automated phone loops. My ATM card won't work at all, claiming I've hit a daily limit even though I haven't made any withdrawals. It's been 11 days without any assistance, and I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of help. It's unacceptable to have this poor service when it comes to managing people's money. I feel like legal action might be necessary if this isn't resolved promptly.

I lost my card right after filling up gas at the worst possible time. I tried to lock it on the app, but it kept giving me an error message as if I didn't have an account. Feeling frantic, I ordered a replacement. Recently, I got a second green dot card and the final one arrived yesterday. I'm relocating to Missouri this week and urgently need access to my funds. Waiting ten to twenty days for the replacement card is not an option for me. I lost my job on the 31st due to the virus outbreak, and I haven't received any unemployment benefits yet. I recently received my tax stimulus payment on an old Walmart Money Card that I haven't used for a while.
