Help with my Green Dot issue
The issue in GetHuman-hechtsk's own words
was issued a credit from a merchant the merchant never took the funds out of my account, Green Dot is showing the transaction pending, it's been over a week, it will never post, Green Dot will not do anything until it post, merchant stated it won't post because they never withdrew money. I want Green Dot to put my money back into my account right away , I went without any money for a week because of this. And I have email the support team * times and requested a call back and no call back. I want either a call back and yes my money back in my account asap I have missed my car payment and insurance because of this.

GetHuman-hechtsk did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.

I just kept asking for a manager and was persistent until I was able to get thru to one and explain the mix up and didn't budge and I was lucky to have a considerate manager to help.
