I received one of your cards while I was in North Carolina. Now that I have been living in Tennessee for six years, my card is linked to my current zip code. I have been waiting for my new card, but it keeps getting sent to my old address. I'm disabled and live in subsidized housing, so I don't have a utility bill to update my address. I have tried to send my postal information and ID, but I need the correct email to submit these details. Please provide the accurate email address so I can send my photo ID and address change to receive my new card. My old card has expired, and I have money on it that I can't use.

I have submitted a dispute for a card ending in [redacted]. My name is Rashaan Roland Langley, and my phone number is [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Ervin Coker Road, Rome, Georgia [redacted]. You can reach me by email at [redacted] I have provided over [redacted] documents and emails containing refund transaction numbers, merchant information, receipts, and refund details. I was promised a provisional credit on November 29, [redacted]. However, it is now December 3, [redacted], and I have yet to receive the credit. Despite multiple calls to the dispute team and assurances of expediting the process, I still have not seen any progress. This delay has been especially challenging as I have been dealing with the passing of my mother. I urge for prompt assistance in resolving this issue and receiving the refunds owed to me today.

I recently had a friend who purchased two Greendot cards at WM, but they were tampered with. The mag stripes were scratched, and the numbers on the front were altered. After contacting Walmart without success, we were directed to call [redacted]. However, we couldn't proceed because we lacked the full 16-digit card numbers. Should we consider sending information by mail or is there an email contact available for assistance?

I am frustrated that my card is not accepted for online purchases due to verification issues. I'm disappointed with Greendot and will avoid using their services in the future. Now, I have to make in-person purchases at retailers and pay full price instead of enjoying online convenience. Even gift cards can be used online without revealing personal information like my Social Security number and address. This company needs to improve their services in this digital age.

I recently received a Premier Bank credit card, but I wasn't aware that I needed to activate it with a setup and deposit amount. I tried loading $[redacted] at Walmart but later found out my card wasn't active when I contacted customer support. Despite loading the money, I can't access or spend it. Walmart couldn't refund me, and the bank advised me to visit Walmart for a solution. I've been going back and forth without success. What can I do to get my funds off the card?

I purchased my card yesterday and loaded $30 onto it. I tried to activate it using the GreenDot app to buy a jacket online, but it keeps saying my account isn't activated, and I can't make online purchases. To make things worse, $8 was deducted from my account for a card I'm not even using. I need assistance urgently. Please refund me my money or help me resolve this issue.

I purchased a Green Dot MoneyPak prepaid card at a retail store with a $[redacted] deposit from a government agency. However, the money hasn't appeared in the account due to the card being ineligible for direct deposit. I am unsure why the money was deposited initially, and I am unable to access my Green Dot account to investigate further. I am looking to speak with a live representative rather than a computerized system to sort out where the funds are and how to access them. I am also wondering if the money will be available on the card that is being sent in the mail or what steps I need to take to retrieve my funds.

When I reported my stolen card to Green Bank, they confirmed deactivation. They advised me to purchase a temporary card from the store and link it to my account. However, the new card couldn't link to my account as instructed by the automated system. I created a new account due to this issue. Unintentionally, funds were sent to the old account linked to the stolen card. My attempts to access the funds failed, and the system closed the old account. This mix-up rendered my new temporary card and account incompatible with digital wallets.

When my purse was rummaged through while I was in the shower, someone took $[redacted] from my card without my knowledge, which feels like theft and fraud to me. I provided the person's name and the store where the incident occurred, Walmart, which could have been confirmed through their security cameras. Despite the significance of $[redacted] to me, I am frustrated that Walmart did not ask for identification when processing a large transaction. The suspect has a history of unauthorized card usage. This incident not only caused me financial distress but also led to my power being disconnected due to insufficient funds, incurring a $[redacted] reconnection fee. The $[redacted] transferred to their phone has left me uncertain if it was done from my phone, as he changed some of my account passwords. I have reported the incident to the police and have cut ties with this individual. Although my father, who experienced similar issues with him, got his money refunded without involving the authorities, I am struggling to recover my funds despite having filed a report, identifying the perpetrator, and having surveillance footage. I urgently request the return of the $[redacted] taken from me, especially now that I have lost my job. My father is willing to seek legal assistance, but I prefer to explore other options first.

I recently opened a new cash back Green Dot bank account. Upon opening it, I made my initial deposit of $[redacted].00 and later a second deposit of $3,[redacted]. However, the second deposit was a third-party transaction as my boss didn't have a bank account and asked me to cash it through mine. I thought that with a strong relationship with the bank, third-party transactions would be allowed, but it seems this is not the case anymore. The bank has blocked my card until I provide the necessary documents. They mentioned that it would take 2 days after receiving the documents to release the block, but it hasn't happened yet even though they have my papers. I am unable to access my funds from the initial deposit, which is causing me a lot of frustration.

My Green Dot account has been closed. I have been struggling to reach customer service for callbacks and automated services are inaccessible. There is still $[redacted] in the account that I cannot access. I am unable to speak to a live representative. This issue has persisted for over a week. I simply want access to my remaining funds. It feels unjust to have such a significant amount withheld from me when I have done nothing incorrect.

After my wife misplaced her card and blocked the account, we faced challenges with activating new cards and removing the block. Despite multiple attempts, the block remains in place, and the PIN has been erased. Unable to reach a human representative, I am making this plea. We need the PIN reset and the block lifted. Failing this, we demand a full refund within five days. The lack of human interaction has proven problematic; we urge a return to personalized service. Failure to address these concerns will result in legal action.

I've been using my GreenDot card for several years now, and my account is linked only to my mobile app. The email and cell phone number on my account are outdated, and I have a new phone number and email. When I attempt to log in to the mobile app, verification through my old phone number or email is required, which I no longer have access to. I rely on direct deposit and bill payments through my card. Could you please help me update my current card with my new cell number and email address? Thank you. - William J.

I need assistance with a situation involving someone I was dating who took money from my home and left without my knowledge. I have found her and she admitted putting $[redacted] on a green dot card. Unfortunately, I don't have the account details, only the card itself. I am wondering if there is a way to get a refund for the money or update the account information. Thank you for any help you may provide.

I transferred my direct deposit from PayPal to my brother's debit card since I don't have a physical card yet. However, I could only access $20 out of the $[redacted] I sent, and now I can't access the card account at all. My brother, Danny, is unable to communicate with you as he's in jail. He provided me with all the necessary information to resolve this. Please contact me at +[redacted]9. My name is Erica.

I used my Green Dot debit card to send funds to Access Corrections. One payment of $[redacted].42 went through, but three additional ones of $[redacted].95 each did not. The charges were processed even though they were declined. Access Corrections is telling me to wait two weeks to get my money back, which is frustrating. I have contacted them via email, requesting the release of my funds. I find it unreasonable to wait for two weeks when the transactions were not approved.

I made a reservation through Priceline and was charged for two reservations totaling nearly $[redacted], even though the car rental was not completed. Priceline assured me that I wouldn't be charged, but I ended up being charged anyway. I spent the last two hours on the phone with Priceline and they advised me to contact you at [redacted] for a quicker refund. Please look into this matter urgently as I am currently displaced and urgently need to book a hotel room for the next few days. This issue has caused me to miss the deadline for a deal I was trying to secure.

The upfront fees you charge make it difficult for me to use the card as intended. Requiring additional money on top of the initial amount taken from the card before it can even be used seems unfair. The additional fees imposed before card usage feel excessive. I am very unhappy with this practice and plan to file formal complaints with the BBB and Consumer Services to address this issue.

I bought a Green Dot debit card from a local dollar store for online shopping purposes. Unfortunately, I faced issues trying to use it on websites like Walmart.com and Amazon.com, as my purchases were not successful. Additionally, I noticed that the Green Dot website deducted $7.95 from the card for a monthly fee, leaving me unable to spend the remaining balance. I'm now wondering if it is possible to utilize this card to make purchases in stores at the mall instead.

An organization tried to charge $17.95 from my Green Dot card. After contacting them, they assured me they wouldn't make a second attempt and advised me to wait for Green Dot to refund the money. Green Dot informed me I would receive the funds on December 27th, which is unacceptable as the money is urgently needed for an emergency. I need the funds returned to my card immediately.
