My wife had lost her card a while back and requested a block on her account. * sets of cards later and multiple attempts to activate and removing the block, we have had no success in removing the block and found, that the pin has been erased! Since there's no human to talk to, I am writing this in vane. I am requesting that we be allowed to reset the pin and have the block removed! If none of these are allowed to be done, we want a full refund of all monies and must be sent within * days of this notice of intent. Remember, you have five days to fix the issues, or refund all monies. If no action is taken, we will file a law suit with the city of Mesa AZ, Maricopa county and the state of Arizona. The changing from human interaction to an automated system, was a mistake! Bring the human element back!
