I contacted someone on Friday and received a call back from corporate, but unfortunately, I missed the call. My issue involves a Money Pak that I loaded with $[redacted] in August of last year. Despite my efforts, I have been facing challenges getting a refund without the original receipt. I do have the text with the Money Pak number. My husband used his ID for the purchase. I attempted to transfer it to a registered account, but encountered obstacles. I provided images of my renewed ID and new social security card, along with details of the purchase location and date. As a loyal Green Dot customer for about 10 years, I am puzzled by the hold on my funds due to purported suspicious activity. I have a record of all transactions on my Green Dot debit card where the funds were deposited. I am at a loss as to why my money is not accessible. I have now opened accounts with Chime and Randolph Brooks due to dwindling trust in Green Dot and Money Pak. The ongoing issues have significantly impacted my life, especially with unexpected deductions from my pay. With challenging personal circumstances, including a divorce and foreclosure, I urgently need a resolution before Christmas. Facing a recent power outage and transportation issues, accessing this money is crucial. I hope to be able to send a gift to my grandson in Arkansas for his first Christmas, as I am currently in Texas. I am desperate for assistance. Thank you.

Last night, I purchased a GreenDot card with $[redacted] to pay bills and shop online. However, the card won't work online, only for in-person transactions. I've used Green Dot cards for years and don't know why this is happening. I need this fixed asap because I can't use the money in person, and my phone and internet are now turned off.

I recently set up direct deposit for my Social Security check. I was informed that the payment had been sent to Green Dot. Despite contacting Green Dot multiple times, they claim they need to file paperwork to track the check. Social Security insists they sent it to Green Dot. The situation has been ongoing since mid-November, and I am frustrated with the lack of progress. I have resorted to contacting the Better Business Bureau and even considering legal action. Every time I call Green Dot, they promise the check will be available at midnight, but it never is. Their customer service representatives are unhelpful and often rude. I believe my payment is sitting somewhere within Green Dot's system waiting to be processed. I am determined to resolve this issue, as it is causing me significant stress.

I have been in touch with customer service, but they have been unhelpful in assisting me with locating my government benefits payment for November. I initiated this inquiry on or before the 22nd and have since contacted SSI multiple times about the status of my direct deposit to my Greendot account. They have mentioned filing a claim, waiting 2 days, or expecting it by Friday or Monday due to the weekend, causing confusion. Their responses have been sarcastic, and at times they have even hung up on me. The funds have been confirmed by SSI to be in their possession, and I am exploring legal options with an attorney and considering reaching out to the BBB.

I've had this card for a year now, but I haven't been able to use it due to ongoing technical issues on your website. Every phone number I try leads to no person to speak with. This situation is frustrating, as I believe $20 has been taken from me. If this matter is not rectified, I will involve the authorities as I suspect Green Dot may be a scam. Please refund my money promptly or resolve the activation issue so I can access my funds. I'm weary of the delays and demand prompt action. Your current service levels are unacceptable; improvements are needed to avoid closure.

I have attempted to activate my new permanent Green Dot card multiple times through phone and online without success. The system indicates that the account is closed and cannot be reopened, prompting me to retry before informing me the card is no longer usable. This is frustrating as I just received the card on 12/16/19 and still have funds in the account. I am seeking clarification on why the account was closed and wish to continue using the card.

Yesterday, I purchased a card from 7-Eleven and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, I now have a zero balance as I suspect my card might have been switched. I am unable to access the correct information for my card and have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I also visited the store where I bought it, but they were unable to help. This situation needs to be resolved promptly as I do not want to lose the $[redacted] I loaded onto the card. I feel very upset and violated by this experience.

I attempted to provide a photo of my ID, but was informed that the address does not match because I recently relocated to another state. Regrettably, my funds are being withheld due to this discrepancy in addresses between my former residence in Iowa and my current one in Oregon. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach the main office or any other representatives for assistance. I would appreciate prompt access to my funds today; otherwise, I may have to escalate this issue to the news for further investigation into the reasons behind withholding customers' money.

I purchased a card at Walmart on 11/30/[redacted] with a $[redacted] load on it. When I tried to register the card the next day, I couldn't because it was expired. The expiration date on the card is 11/19. I've been unable to access the money on the card despite my efforts to get help from Walmart and Green Dot. I've tried to resolve this issue multiple times with no success. I feel like they've taken $[redacted] from me unfairly. I've provided documents to support my claim, but they keep saying there's nothing wrong with the card.

I have multiple accounts with Green Dot but I do not have any Green Dot cards. I am unable to access my accounts online or over the phone. I recently received my [redacted]/[redacted] federal income tax transcripts, and it shows that my tax refund was directly deposited into one of my Green Dot accounts. However, I have not received this money. I urgently need to speak with a live representative.

I lost my Greendot card that receives my direct deposit. I ordered a replacement, but it will take 10 days to arrive, which is inconvenient for me. I want my funds transferred to my other Greendot card, but customer service advised it's not possible. I have previously had this transfer done in the same situation. I understand the limitations, but I need my funds transferred to my other card promptly. I appreciate your assistance.

I received a payment through Apple Pay, and I was given transaction ID #75f4b09ec2d1. Apple Pay mentioned this transaction involves your bank. The transfer was intended for my Patelco bank account on December 3rd, but the funds are not showing up even after three weeks. Apple Pay has been unhelpful, and I am not getting clear answers from them regarding the missing funds. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

About two months ago, I deposited $[redacted] into a GreenDot non-active card not realizing it was inactive. Despite providing all required legal documents to retrieve the funds, I have not been able to access the money. The company mentioned sending a check, but I am hoping to transfer the funds to my current active GreenDot card. I urgently need the money and after facing several hang-ups during calls, I just wish for a bit of customer appreciation in acknowledgment of the prolonged inconvenience.

I am having issues with my Green Dot card. I purchased it at Dollar General to get an unlimited Visa card by depositing $30. However, I have not been able to use it as it keeps getting declined. I'm Patricia B., and I have a Walmart Money Card ending in [redacted]. I hadn't used it for a while and last summer I had $[redacted] on it. However, when I tried to use it on 12/20, I noticed only $55 left. After checking online, I saw an unauthorized $45 gift card charge. It's been difficult to reach a live agent. I have not been able to speak with anyone yet. I receive emails asking if my issue has been resolved, but part of the problem is that I can't speak with someone about the MoneyPak I purchased. I still can't create an account to load funds onto my account. If I don't hear back, I will consider seeking help through the media about the unaddressed issues with your company. It is frustrating to be put in this position without the necessary assistance.

I am currently at the Comfort Inn in Concord, New Hampshire. They placed authorization holds on my card for $[redacted], $[redacted], and $50. The staff mentioned that they have released these funds, but I cannot see the updates in my account to make the payment. I am unsure how to proceed and would appreciate some guidance on how to settle this matter with the hotel.

I purchased two $[redacted] prepaid cards that advertised 5% cash back, but I only received a receipt for one from Circle K on Golf Links and Mann in Tucson, Arizona ([redacted]). The first card, ending in [redacted] with an expiry of 07/21 and CRV #[redacted], was activated successfully. However, the second card showed an error. After getting a replacement card ending in [redacted], expiring 02/23 with CRV #[redacted], I still couldn't activate it and received an error message asking me to try again later. I urgently need to pay my electricity bill for my apartment as I am accommodating a single mother and her child. I have provided them with my blankets to stay warm, but I am exhausted. I added money to my card, but the funds didn't show up. I contacted Geendot, and they mentioned an issue with my address causing the returned card. They transferred me to customer service, where I've been waiting for over 2 hours. I don't have a permanent mailing address as I'm currently living in my car. I intended to use the money to get a motel room tonight. I've been in my car for days and feeling a bit frustrated.
