Dispute claim * **********It has been ** business days since I filed my dispute and I still have not received all money back. My dispute was approved on ***** in the amount of $***.**, I have only received credit for $**.**. I have called and been on the phone everyday for the last two weeks trying to get the rest of my money back and I am constantly told I have to wait another ** hours. Every time I call customer service I am told they will send an email to the dispute department and it will be resolved in ** hours. This is beyond ridicules, per your own policy I should have had ALL my money back by ********. I am still owed $***.** and I want it immediately, this claim was filed a month ago. If I do not receive my money back in my account immediately, I will take LEGAL action and I will go after a lot more than my $***.**. You will compensate me for all the time and effort it has taken trying to get my money back and all the pain and suffering this has caused me.
