The issue in GetHuman-pennygle's own words
O was suppose to advocate two phone lines with Wing wireless they asked for payment info. Before adivication when they tried to advocate they told me my phones were blocked by my formal carrier I called them and was informed that our lines were not blocked they did not provide service o ask for a refund they said they could refund on blocks lines they owe me ***.** we are seniors and have no money to give away to scammers. *My name is Lillie Glenn phone ***.***.**** last * of card **** email *****@***.com *I called to green dot on Friday **.**.**** and told the representative what had happen I was told that it was pending and she would cancel my card to stop the process evidently it didn't work because they got their money and I'm very unhappy. Please help me get my money back because they didn't provide me with any service. Thanks Lillie Glenn
