Today I loaded *** dollars to my greendot debit card. It cost *.** to do so. Knowing it charges *.** a month I expected to have *** left for a phone bill. After my purchase I went to my online banking to see I was charge **.**. Not knowing why this happened I simply called and didnt het my issue resolved. I called back a second time and a third time where I was told there arent any supervisors that I could speak with. I explained to the lady as I explained to the Male customer service representative that I need my *.** re inverversed to me. I said I would wait to speak with a supervisor no matter the wait and the phone hing up. It's very unprofessional to hang up in a client face. And I dont appreciate this. While I'm simply trying to make my kids happy.

GetHuman-misssuc did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
