I was trying to transfer money into an account that I have but it accidentally went to a GreenDot card I used to have. ... Hi there my name is Kara Secher andI recently made a mistake accidentally by transferring money from my bank account to an old GreenDot card that I used to have. Now I don't have the card anymore and when I call customer service they can help me cuz I don't have the account and my Social Security won't work or my birthday? I need you to fix this and get it back into my account please. Would you be able to call me or email me and see if we can fix the issue please? Thank you I really appreciate it.
That I couldn't get you a customer service representative on the phone and I did this on the Friday of this past weekend. And I'm really frustrated that I can't get through to someone to talk to them about what's going on.
I want them to transfer the $*** back into my account please.
I was a customer about maybe three or four years ago.
I've tried emailing them and I've tried messengering them as well. I'm actually waiting for a response from them too.
