I was trying to transfer money into an account that I have but it accidentally went to a GreenDot card I used to have. ... Now I don't have the card anymore and when I call customer service they can help me cuz I don't have the account and my Social Security won't work or my birthday? That I couldn't get you a customer service representative on the phone and I did this on the Friday of this past weekend. And I'm really frustrated that I can't get through to someone to talk to them about what's going on.
I want them to transfer the $*** back into my account please.
I was a customer about maybe three or four years ago.
I've tried emailing them and I've tried messengering them as well. I'm actually waiting for a response from them too.
