Your social security number is required to activate your Green Dot credit card. If you never used a social security number then call 1-866-795-7605 to activate your Card. In the prompt you will hear what number to click to activate your new card. You will need to use the 3 digit code on the card to activate it.

I have been trying to get my money out of Greendot now over a week!!My card was stolen and i want my money sent to my Moms personal Greendot card ,i have waited over ** hours for a supv to call me and no call, have chatted numerous times and have read all kinds of excuses and get kicked off every single time i get on Can not ca says my info not correct but i can sure log in but i need my m*ney off asap i had a flight out this morning to another state where my Father is having surgery, i feel they just want to keep my money and its all i have i have now gone * days no food because i can not access my funds im to the point of calling an attorney to get my **** money its in Greendot i can see it but can not get it im tired of typing sane story over and over and no kind of resolution even had one Greendot man ask me for a ref number and i have yet to recieve a reff *. Greendot will never make money off one penny of my money ever!! How can i get MY money sent to my Mothers card ASAP i have to board a flight
