I was trying to talk to somebody in customer service but I cannot get through ... My wallet has been stolen I just purchased a $*** gift card from greendot.com so I can pay my car note I've been trying to get through to a customer service for the past * hours there's no way of getting through if your information don't add up
And it is very frustrating to put my last $*** on that card and now I can't even get the car turned off or see if anybody even try to use the money cuz I can't even get through
Then you guys got the audacity to tell me you going to call me back tomorrow so if my money is going as you don't give me my money back tomorrow
I've been a customer for years then I expected from a problem to get f****** solved by talking to somebody
All I can do is call but y'all got y'all stupid answering service
How GetHuman-wilmayou fixed the problem
