$85.00 was deducted from my account on March 20th. I have not used my Greendot card recently, besides my ex-boyfriend, but Rent One has declined to refund me, which is unfair. I have no association with Rent One, and I am unaware of any furniture rental linked to my name. I demand a full refund as I believe my card was compromised, and I did not authorize these transactions for furniture I do not possess. Please assist me.

I followed the instructions in the packet to register my card. However, when I tried to set a PIN through the automated system, it did not recognize it and assigned one instead. After that, I had to speak to a representative over the phone. This process became challenging due to the representative struggling with language barriers when spelling my common name and asking for my SS number, email address, and date of birth. Eventually, I was informed that there was a verification issue, and I would not receive a personalized card, making it unusable at ATMs or online. Unfortunately, there seems to be no alternative for assistance with the verification. The only solution I discovered after scouring through the fine print is to send a dispute via mail to California. Despite checking online, I couldn't find similar complaints. It's frustrating that there is no way to correct the registration details or connect with a live person. This issue might just be due to a simple mistake like a misspelling or using a different phone number.

I received an email last month stating that pre-authorization for checks was no longer necessary. When attempting to pre-authorize check #[redacted], my only options were to cancel the check or order new ones. Assuming the email about not needing pre-authorization was why I couldn't find the option to fill it out as before, I'm puzzled. I typically use the Green Dot mobile app on my iPhone. - K. Molina Check #[redacted] was declined as it was not pre-authorized. Checks without pre-authorization will be declined, and the recipient may be responsible for repayment and additional bank fees. My tax refund was deposited into my Green Dot account on September 6, [redacted]. Up to now, I haven't been able to access my funds. I've spent over 7 hours today trying to reach a live person without success. I'm frustrated, angry, and tired of this situation. The problem is related to having more than one account with Green Dot that I want to link to transfer the funds. If not resolved promptly, I will move my money and close my account. Hello, I am currently residing outside the United States which makes it difficult to reach out via phone. I managed to contact your customer service line on March 25th at [redacted]. I was informed that my card ending in [redacted] was returned to you, and I should expect a new one with the same account and routing number within seven days. However, as of April 5th, I have yet to receive the replacement card at my address, [redacted] N Long Ave, Chicago, IL [redacted]. Additionally, I find it unjust that $7.95 has already been deducted from my account for the monthly fee despite not having received or activated the new card.

I've been trying for 3 days to activate a card, but every time I try, the system says I have to wait an hour. Then, my account got locked, even though I haven't reported any cards as stolen. I can't pay my balance or access my account properly. I haven't received any cards in the mail, nor have I gotten any emails about them. It's been a frustrating experience dealing with this company for 3 days, with no solution in sight. I'm really frustrated with how this company is handling things. I am Ashleigh E Lee, and my card ends in [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted]. I encountered an issue with my One Main Financial Green Dot Card. I obtained a personal loan through One Main Financial and received a temporary card with a pin. I got the temporary card and pin from my local One Main Financial office on Friday morning. Today, I went to Walmart with a friend but forgot the pin paper. Despite trying different pin combinations without success, I did enter the correct pin once but forgot the numbers as I wasn't paying attention. After getting cash back, I mistakenly entered the wrong pin multiple times and now my card is blocked. Although I have $2,[redacted].00 on the temporary card, I am unable to use it. I went to an ATM, which stated I am an unauthorized user. I urgently need help resolving this issue to access my funds.

I contacted Green Dot to cancel my card ending in [redacted], under Dedria Dougans at [redacted] Despite my request, the card remains active. I refuse to pay any further monthly fees for a card I have already canceled, set to expire in June [redacted]. Upon receiving a call about re-issuing a new card, which I do not want, I am extremely frustrated. After providing my personal details, they were reluctant to cancel the card. I had to search through old phones to locate the number used to cancel the card. Following multiple calls with different numbers, I eventually found the right one. Only then did they agree to cancel the card. This process was unnecessarily difficult. If my card is not canceled without any fees, I will escalate this matter to a higher authority.

Two days ago, I purchased two cards and called to activate them. During the call, I mistakenly gave my fiance's last name, leading to issues with verification. After clarifying my own last name, the activation was successful, but one of the cards was set for one-time use only without my consent. I recently bought a Green Dot card from my local Dollar General. It's a Visa debit card that I need to use immediately to pay a bill. Unfortunately, after attempting to register the card once, your company locked me out. I followed the instructions to wait 30 minutes, but now it's saying I need to wait 24 hours. I am a small business owner who has been using Wix.com to generate revenue. I have been waiting for almost three days to receive the money I earned from my website. According to Wix customer service, my bank is the reason for the delay. While I understand the situation, I find the waiting time unreasonable, especially after already waiting two weeks for Wix.com to transfer the funds. I urgently need my money for living expenses. If my funds cannot be expedited, I may have to consider switching to a different bank such as Chime.

I have an available balance of $31.89 on my Green Dot Bank/Walmart MoneyCard. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned 2 pending debits to Amazon and Google, but both companies have confirmed they do not have any pending charges. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and refused to escalate the call to a supervisor, ultimately hanging up on me. I am very upset, and a simple apology will not suffice. I am concerned about using my card once my paycheck is deposited. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve the authorities.

I haven't received my Green Dot card with my tax refund deposited since 3/28. Despite having the account and routing number, I have been unable to reach a live representative at Green Dot for the past four days. Both the IRS and TurboTax were unable to assist me further. When contacting Green Dot customer service about not receiving the card, I was informed I have two cards linked to my social security number. However, as I never received last year's card, I do not have the card number for this year. The automated system hangs up as I cannot provide the last 4 digits of either card. I am now looking to cancel the card and have the funds returned to my bank account or request an immediate replacement card. Urgent assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am Paula Tyson. I ordered items from a company called "Starshoptrend" and discovered they are a scam. I paid $61.73 using my Walmart Money Card, it's been a month, and I have not received my order. The company took down its site, and I am unable to contact them for a refund. I have tried contacting my Walmart Money Card for assistance without success.
