The IRS is showing that my mom's refund was issued ********. She went through the Green Card option and has yet to receive her card(s). When we call Green Card direct, they want the card number to be able to talk to a customer service representative but we don't have the card(s), the automated says she has two cards on file but if she never received her card, how does she know what the number would be. We are looking for any information that may tell her what a next step is. Thank You!
