If Green Dot won't or can't change my address, after multiple attempts on my part, over the last * months, since I moved, I'll close the account*card and open a new card and register it with my correct address. Change my address ... I just want to change*update my address. It shouldn't be this hard. It would be easier to close the account*card and buy a new one. Register the new card with the correct address! The rep on the phone was hard to understand. I emailed the docs she asked for and recvd a message saying the mail box is full. I need them to tell me how to give them my correct address. They won't take it on the phone or on my account on line.
The rep said I have to email docs to prove my address ant the email is full and won't accept my emailed docs.
I just want my correct address on my accounts.
I've been a customer for years. I have * prepaid cards with green dot bank. I can't believe their customer service is so poor!
I've used their 'contact us' instructions that I found while in my account on line. The reply was that I have to call, so I did. The reps instructions were to email documents, so I did and the email was returned as undeliverable. Now what?
