My name is karisa Compton card ending in **** My order was cancelled immediately after it was placed ** dollars was charged and then refunded within a matter of minutes it has been * days and it still shows as pending the gruling process of getting any customer service from Green Dot has been a pain the rude and unhelpful reps have either hung up on me given me vauge and side stepped answers as to why the money is not back on my card and * reps again * of them have each given a separate reason as to why it's not back on showing me that they either have no clue what they are doing ok that greendot is participating in fraudulent practices there's refuse to transfer me to supervisors talk over me every time I speak and simply hang up on me when I ask for clarification on the situation I have recorded the last three calls being that the reps are not in our country so the laws pertaining to * party authorization to record have no merit and all recodings show in detail that there was no answers or any attempt at all to solve my issue I want my money back immediately or I will be filing complaint with the federal reserve the better business bureau and seek reimbursement of time lost fines incurred due to being unable to pay bills waves lost because of the hours I have spent wasted calling you people I have never had a financial institution treat me in this way and never herd of any bank practicing the actions that Green Dot preform
