My *st deposit from the Social Security Disability was *******. Since then you guys have charge me $*.** two times and $**,** once ACH. However you guys have not granted me access to my own money. I have written you letters. To all * locations. I have tried to change my PIN *. as of ******* Tuesday *:** pm. I have no access to my own money. I feel that you have RIPPED ME OFF. For $*,***.**. Now my balance is $*,***.**. I want my money back right now $*,***.**. I have been a customer with you all for at least the past * years. Everything was great. With no complaints .Until I trusted you guys with my Social Security deposit.
