I wanted to put cash onto my PayPal account using the PayPal app barcode scanner. ... On March **th **** I went to a Rite Aid Pharmacy and did a $**.** cash transaction using my PayPal mobile app store barcode scanner to put the $**.** cash onto my PayPal account. I still have not received this money. I've been calling and emailing PayPal about this issue. I've filed a claim, I emailed and uploaded the receipt to PayPal. I was finally told today that PayPal has given you greendot all this information on March **th and you green dot are responsible for this issue. I am trying to figure out how to get ahold of your customer service because I have not received any email from you or call or received the money. I want to know where my money went. I want this issue resolved immediately. It has now been over a week and this is boardline theift whether on your end or PayPal. Please contact me immediately via phone or email. I never received my money on my PayPal account n it's been over a week now! I've talked to PayPal n PayPal cash agents multiple times about this and nothing has been done on their or your end. Where is my $**.**?!?
