I purchased my prepaid Green Dot MasterCard over a month ago with ***.** dollars. * I have tried to pay several bills with it but it will not work. I registered the card on greendot.com and it still doesn't work. I tried to retrieve my remaining cash off the card using ATMs and it won't allow me to get my money. I tried to use it to pay my grocery bill and it says my pin wrong and I tried at another store it said decline. I called customer service and after * days of trying to get a representative on the phone I finally got one to only be cut off and rudely spoken to. When I tried to explain the situation I got cut off and was told * " To change or update the Pin number it can only be done on the Greendot app". She would not allow me to barely speak or ask any other questions. After I downloaded the App ,I logged in and a message keeps popping up ,it says (" you need to log in to greenDot.com to access your account) . This is completley frustrating and now it's going on way too long . I still have not received the new Registered prepaid card with my name on it . It's almost * months ! I need to get my cash back OR ATLEAST Pay my Bill's !
