Hello, I am having an extremely frustrating situation and I’m not able to get in touch with any customer service representatives in order to get assistance with my issues. I’m a current card holder of the GreenDot platinum credit card and I have had the card over three months and until just a few days ago didn’t realize there was a time limit on making a deposit. I had a returned automotive part and I had given the wrong card for the money to be deposited to and the transaction was approved and it shows online for my account for the platinum card that it was received. The total amount credited to the card was ***.** which isn’t enough for the initial deposit. I need to get some help ASAP to figure out what needs to be done for me to get this money backplease please someone give me some help *****@***.com
