There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

My mother and I have called customer service many times. We bought a Walmart MoneyCard and weren’t explained how the card actually works. We really do not want the card and would just like to refund the card instead of activate it. It is almost impossible. We’ve been told different things from different customer service employees. I was told originally to email a picture of my ID, most recent bill, and the last * digits of our card number to *****@***.com, I did and weeks later I’ve still received no reply and more importantly no refund. Another customer service rep told me today that they cannot even do a refund* even though that was one of the options from the automated line. We are very frustrated and would just like some help.
